I ordered a pair of shoes and paid through Paypal. I then received an email indicating that I had purchased an additional pair of shoes that I Did NOT order! Also they were a size 5 1/2 when I wear a size 7 1/2. I tried to cancel my order within an hour or two. They responded that they could not cancel the order because the order had already been processed (even though it took over a month to receive them. ) Now I have to fight them to accept the return and I will have to pay the shipping! This is NOT a company
to be trusted.

Do Not purchase from this site. Poor quality-fit, construction, ability to resolve issues, reach anyone. This is a hair away from a scam.

Worst shoes. Didn’t see reviews and so regretting I didn’t do my due diligence. They have NO support let alone t call them anything ORTHO supportive! Plastic sole. Elastic doesn’t hold my foot inside. Can not even walk in them. You should be ashamed of yourself for selling these, if I could return I would. DO NOT BUY!!!

Orthofit menu page is false and misleading and will rip you off and will not allow you to cancel an order even if its minutes after the order was placed. You will be tricked into buying another pair of shoes when you checkout.
I became aware of this fraud and tried to cancel the order but they refused and the ignored my subsequent emails. This shoddy company has no phone! We have waited over a month and the shoes have still not arrived.

This company is a total scam. The material that they used to produce these supposedly iCloud Orthopedic sneakers look like they were made out of water bottles and on their website, they say they are in the United States. They are actually in China and to return them it would’ve cost me $73 . Thankfully, my payment method was PayPal so I was able to get my money back and I am hoping PayPal will not continue to be a form of payment with this company.

Poor quality. Not support feet. Came from China. Took 2 months to get response for refund. Costly to return so just donate and avoid the product altogether.

Scam! The website is an absolute scam. They don’t respond on my emails and don’t offer any refunds. There is no address or phone number. The quality of the shoes is absolutely terrible. They are made cheaply and come directly from Chinese.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered sandals from Orthofit. According to their return policy, I would have 30 days to return them if they didn’t work for a full refund.

When they arrived, I tested them without taking them out of of their packaging for flexibility and found there was zero flexibility.

I have a rebuilt left foot mostly down or bone in titanium. The product was not going to work for me. I immediately contacted them and explained the problem and asked for an RMA and instructions to do a return.

I got the most ridiculous runaround. They offered me 10% off of another product and 10% of my money back. When I responded that I wanted to return the sandals for my full refund they offered me 20% of my money back and a 20% credit toward another purchase

When I pushed back again, they offered me 25% of my money back and sent the instructions for return. I was going to have to return them to China to their manufacturers warehouse, not to their California address from which the product arrived.

These folks are running a scam!! BEWARE

These shoes could never be orthopedics. They are made out of cheap material. Not comfortable at all. They offered a return which I have to par for and I decline because I am not about to waste more money with this company...I will donate them.
I do not recommend this company based in China, better choose a Canadian or American seller.

I ordered shoes May 10 Saturday morning right before 8 A.M. The shoes were 4.2 stars and I thought it was Mother's day sale. Right after I ordered it. It went to 1.5 stars. I sent them a message trying to cancel it (also because of the she laces they have), less than a half an hour after ordering it.

They say that they couldn't do it, but I can send a return when the shoes come. They stayed connected and replying back. They kept sending offers and discounts on buying from the website.
Another thing, YOU CAN'TREALLY TRACK THE SHIPPING. When I received my shoes this past Thursday, and I sent them a message about doing a return forwarding the past conversation. They haven't replied back.

So I made a new message, asking about my order. They replied back saying that I did receive my order and everything. But they never reply back, when talking about returning them. They finally replied back on Sunday morning, giving me information to return them.
*One, it has a different address to send it back to.
I did all the calculations on the price to return them, it cost half the amount I paid for the shoes.
No point of returning to get a refund, if it's got to cost just about the same price of what you bought.

By the way, the price is still the same, that's a special savings at all.

These are the most awful shoes made on the face of the Earth! The smell they emit is atrocious. So bad, I threw up and now have a headache from them. They had to be bagged and thrown in the trash as they are toxic and require a hazard warning on them. I would return them but I physically cannot be near them. Also, the quality of the shoe is a freaking joke.

It took 16 days for the sandals to get here. I would send them back, but I have to pay the shipping. I will NEVER order from this place again. The sandals are similar looking to the ones I bought, but they look as cheap as they are, there is nothing comfortable about these hard sandals that are suppose to give your foot support. Once you wear these cheap things you will need podiatrist support. There is absolutely NO foot support with these things, they look like a kid could have made them in craft class. Orthofit really should go out of business, they are the worst place I ever orderd from. As far as i'm concerned this place is out of business in my brain, it burned down, which should happen in real life.. The worst place to order from, so don't.

I thought they would refund my money if the shoes didn't fit. They do not offer any refunds. When I reached out to them requesting a refund because the shoes did not fit. All they said was "we sent the size you ordered. We provide a quality product. Do not return to address they were sent from."
They claim it's a quality product. In fact it is a very poor quality.
I feel like the reviews on their website are all false. So I'm assuming all paid reviews

It took 3 weeks to get the shoes; I tried to cancel before they shipped and they refused - within a day of ordering. Product was cheap and way too large. You need a return code to return their lousy products. I have sent 15 requests for one and no response. They have a 30 day window to return and I suspect they will wait until after that date to even respond. It is a bogus company, disreputable and a scam. Never ever buy from them! Even if you return the item they will likely not credit you for it, another criminal loophole they practice. Best to donate whatever you bought and learn the lesson to check out the company before you buy. I didn’t. BBB rates them a F. Deservedly so.

I am ashamed of myself for not checking the reviews before I placed an order. Now I stuck trying to get my money back. The shies are way too narrow at the tie and crunch my feet together. I reached out to customer service and have been in contact with “James Scott”. The website claims to have “hassle free returns”. That hasn’t been the case AT ALL! Do not make the mistake that I did!

Shoes did not fit and had a very chemical smell. Wanted to return, but found it would be $70 to return to China. They first offered a 15% refund, then upped it to $25%. That would have been $15 and $25 on a $100+ order. Shoes very cheaply made.

The sizing is way off I’m a 7.5 with a regular to narrow feet. Their 7.5 is definitely a 7 or smaller. Returning them isn’t worth it, it will cost money & you may not receive a refund it took a month to get my order. I tried to upload a photo comparing my kuru with these to show just how much smaller a half size smaller at least. Order the next size up. Or just don’t risk it.

Please, please don't waste your money. I wish I had read the reviews first. The quality of the shoe is poor, but they make returns impossible. You can only return to the store in China, though the shoes ship from IL. If you try the shoes on, they are not returnable because they are not in their original condition. Steer clear of this company. It is set up for you to lose your money.

If there was a negative “1” on the stars I’d choose it. As soon as I placed the order I realized this was not the site I wanted. I contacted them immediately. The refused to cancel my order. The “ ortho fit sandal” is not even wearable. It sucks!! Don’t be fooled. This is not a reputable company!
