The absolute worst! Do not order from them. My shoes and insoles were delayed in shipping and when they arrived, they had zero arch support and were 2 sizes too big. The insoles were also way too large. I had to send pictures to Larry from customer service. His response was to give me a 10% refund and a $10 credit for a future order. I refused as I will never order from them again. He has now increased the offer to a 25% refund. The shipping for returns is outrageously pricy and they will not send you a label so most of us are stuck with terrible quality products and unsatisfactory resolution. Do not buy!!!

ZERO STARS FOR THIS COMPANY!!!
I purchased a pair of shoes from Orthofit after seeing all their claims about being "orthopedic" and "designed for all day comfort". Unfortunately, the reality couldn't be further from the truth. The shoes offer no real arch support, have no cushioning, and zero stability. The overall quality also feels cheap: the insoles are thin and flat. I feel completely misled by their marketing. If you truly need orthopedic support or suffer from foot pain, do not waste your money on this brand!

Received wrong boots after waiting more than 2 weeks, delivered to a random lot in my mobile home park. Owner delivered the to office which recognized my name and finally delivered to me, 3 days after supposed delivery date. Not at all what

Now they have offered me $10.00 or I can return what I received for full credit AFTER paying return shipping which I imagine is about $40.00 based on the amt they are willing to give me credit for(boots were $50 some dollars)and those that I received were not worth that amt. of money
No matter how many emails I have sent their message remains the same

I wished I read the reviews before purchasing. The shoes were of poor quality and claims to help with support. When I walked in these shoes, I could feel the floor beneath me. There was no cushion and the shoes had no support. It took the shoes forever to arrive and for customer service to respond. Not sure if they were waiting for 30 days to pass so I couldn't do anything about it. I received an email for me to keep the shoes and they will give me 10% refund ($5.99). I felt insulted with that offer and thought the shoes were just worth $5.99. I advise them to keep the offer and I will trash the shoes. What a waste! Don't buy from them. The word Ortho is a misnomer. There is nothing Ortho about this shoe.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! I just returned from the post office where it cost me$ 48.00 to return 2 pair if shoes that when recieved (a few days ago )were nothing like advertised. The quality is terrible ,cheaply made and they had a strange smell. Worse than that,I had to ship them to China! For my refund! Even though they came from a warehouse in New Jersey!! A real scam company with slick advertising.

My error! I meant to order from ORTHOFEET which is a great shoe company. This company has HORRIBLE service and in my opinion is a total SCAM. so mad but it's my own fault. I am zero expectations of my return being processed. Quite frankly I'm worried if i do ship back shoes, at my own cost, i will never get my refund!

I got this shoes and the quality was awful. I ordered a larger size and it was still too small. I emailed the company and they responded with a ridiculous email asking for documentation of the problem. How do you document poor quality and size being too small?
Horrible company. This company is a rip off of a better one. Not sure if I'll get my money back or not. I may have to get my card company to reverse the charges.

I would give them a zero if their star would’ve been there. This company is a big rip off. And the courier they use is just as bad. Horrible cheaply shoes!!! Tried to return and they gave me a hassle saying they won't return because I tried them on!!!

The shoes were to big and bad quality it was supposed to have ankle support but it was like wearing big socks the return policy is horrible they tried to get me to keep the shoes and they would give me 15 dollars back on shoes I can’t wear also you have to pay for shipping your self and that was almost the price of the shoes. DO NOT BUY SHOES from this Chinese knock off of Thee real ortho fit shoe company the name is really close to the actual company that’s how I got scammed stay away

If I could give Zero or minus stars I would..Cheap horrible shoes ..Return policy is ship back to china on your dime..More than the shoes cost…RUN don’t even think about ordering.

This company does nor actually have 5 stars on trust pilot as it shows in advertising emails received. I don't know how they are still in business functioning in such a way. Shop elsewhere PLEASE

Shoes advertised as supportive. They have a cheap plastic bottom that is very uncomfortable. Also not wide enough through toe box. Would cost more to return than the $60.00 I paid for them. Stay away! Deceptive advertising, I thought I was ordering from Orthofeet which actually has comfortable shoes. Buyer beware.

The boots are so flat inside, not at all what I expected. They are also too small. I paid $83 AU then found the same boots on Temu for $14 AU. I want to return them but the international shipping fees are not worth it and I would not trust them to process my refund. This was a very bad choice.

Ordered two pair same size. They came smashed in a bag together and are not the same size. They are totally flimsy and feel like cheap slippers. You can't tighten them on your feet and they are not comfortable or supportive by any means. BUYER BEWARE!!! Don't waste your money. These shoes are a joke.

Complete Scam! Run and dont look back!
1) the shoes are very cheaply made and have no support, 2) You can't return them unless you want to pay for international shipping, handling fees, and custom fees back to China!!! 3) they try to offer you a $5 coupon for future purchase with the return of the shoes.

Initiate a credit card dispute, they should get your money back. Mine did. In addition I refused delivery of the package which the shipping company said would go back. I’m assuming the company will have to pay or abandon the parcel, I know I didn’t pay.

I was offered a partial refund because I was not satisfied with the product. Sending it back and having to pay for international shipping fees and customs would have eaten up my complete refund. Would just like others to be aware of the fact that it is an international shipping address and far more expensive to return . Never again will I deal with this company as the quality was extremely poor.

Anyway, I received my order yesterday. Though their website states to order a size up from your normal, which I did, they are pretty big on me. Then the sandals I ordered, though the shoe says 7.5, they are really small on me. I sent them an email explaining why I wanted to return them. They did respond 2 days later, after I sent another email. I was given an address to return them to; it is in China. They said I have to pay shipping and customs fees. I checked with UPS, but it would cost about $350.00 to return them! They probably already knew that it would cost more than I paid for them. They did offer me 10% (an amount of $29.98) refund if I kept shoes? Really?

So I have no idea how to get my money back...

Company refuses to reply to emails with issues. I have tried at least 6 times to find out how to return the shoes because they’re too big. Finally got a reply and was told it’s been more than 30 days. When I brought to their attention that it’s because they don’t reply, I was told to check my spam folder. Of course nothing is there. I’ll be contacting my credit card company. Do NOT buy from this company.
