Order shoes
They are cheap and not made well at all
When you want to return them they tell you basically it’s a hassle
And costly to send them to China which initially that was never mentioned in the return policy
They ankle you think you will mail them back to a US store since the return address in the package they send is a US address
But then, when you ask them via email like they make you do what the return policy is they give you a Chinese address and discourage you to send it back stating that you will have to pay for the cost of shipping and the hassle and that they will just reimburse you 10% of the sale, which is total bullshit. I have read many many reviews about this company with the same complaints. I wish I would’ve known this and gone to Redit before being scammed
The reviews in the website of course are lies and all fake

Shoes are complete garbage. Don’t waste your money. You can buy similar shoes for pennies on the $ from Temu. They shouldn’t be allowed to stay in business. Reviews have to be fake on their site because shoes are TRASH!!!

I ordered a pair of women's sneakers size eleven 11 and a half. As I was checking out press here to complete your order. As I press that button, it automatically ordered a second pair of shoes which was a size 4 and a 1/2. I don't even know anyone with that shoe size! I immediately contacted customer support and told them what happened. They emailed me a refund slip. I had to pay $32 for it to be shipped back. And that was of March of 2025. No November the 28th, maybe is when I received the 2 pairs of sneakers back the size 4 and a 1/2 under size 11 with nothing, I paid $32 for it to be sent back to me, no explanation of no refund or partial nothing.! They are scammers , do not order from them.

I was emailed after three attempts to contact them, but all he said was that my products were already processed and sent, even though I contacted them immediately after they charged me for an extra pair that I did not order! VERY SHADY! Still waiting for the shoes also 17 days later.

I purchased a pair of walking shoes and during the checkout process, I was offered a duplicate pair of shoes for a deal ( actually more than I paid for the first pair-I had a promo code) when I declined, it went ahead and charged me again for a second pair. I emailed them immediately and requested that I be refunded for the second pair. It is now days later and they haven’t responded to the first or subsequent emails about this. At this point, I will be surprised if I even get any shoes, there has been no responses from this company. Also they gave no phone number to call listed anywhere I have looked, certainly not on their webpage.

ZERO STARS for a SCAMMING COMPANY
The winter snow ankle boots I received are something you might find in a DOLLAR STORE. After requesting a return with full refund, I received an email that gave three options: 1: 20% in-store credit, keep the boots. 2: 10% refund, keep the boots. 3. Full refund after I pay for shipping to CHINA.
Yep. I got scammed by these morons! :'[

I am so disgusted with this company. I mailed back the shoes 4 weeks ago. The cost to mail the shoes back was $30.00 +. Now with the cost of the shoes and the cost of postage I've spent $180.00 and have nothing to show for it. I received shoes that were of very poor quality and did not fit.

The company has offered $16.48 as a refund. This is insulting. What a rip off!

I am one of their latest victims of deceptive marketing and return practices. The ortho shoe I received was cheap plastic, no support, and has a distinct chemical odor. This product was clearly not made of any quality materials. I also hurt both my feet only after having them on for less than a minute. I had to laugh at how ridiculous these shoes look--like something you would buy at a dollar store in a pinch at the beach, etc. The pictures shown on the website are shoddy and do not reveal the true material, look, and feel of the shoe. You cannot get a true sense of the product's composite. When I received the shoddy item, I immediately responded back for a full refund but was told by James that I could send them back, but I am responsible for shipping (to China), which would cost more than the shoe. Partial store credits would be issued at 10% and 20%-- but who is going to order ANYTHING from this site after the unacceptable product one already received. I will just donate these to charity; but BUY BEWARE -- do not buy from this company. They are scam artists who sell inferior and cheaply made junk, trying to pass it off as a credible purchase!!!!

Do not buy from this company. False advertising, the product is crap, not as advertised, and certainly not orthopedic. And you can't return them to China without paying more than the cost of the shoes.

I placed an order and after reading reviews I cancelled an hour later. They told me the order was processed and couldn’t be cancelled. They tell me they “process” within minutes so there basically is no cancellation policy. It left the facility 5 days later. Deceptive company.

They are very deceiving. They clearly make you feel you are buying from Orthofeet (which is a very good company).
The shoes that I received are wrong size (and I ordered 1 size up). The quality of materials is horrible. It is impossible to return because the cost of postage is greater than the return.
Stay away from this company.

I wear a size 12 shoe. I ordered sizec121/2-13. After seems like a couple months they were at best 11-11.5. I went to ups store to return them. Oner $300 for ups and over 100 for USPS. They know about this problem and know we can't return them. SCAM

Total total scam!!!! Shoes are horrible and they will not allow refunds if you've tried on the shoes due to hygiene purposes. It's insane!

I ordered two pr of sandals from this company. I ordered two colors, both the same size. It took a long time to get my order. When it arrived, one pr was 3 sizes larger than I ordered, and the other was really large for the size I ordered. The shoes themselves were the quality one would find at a dollar store. When I contacted the company they said I needed to send them all the way back to their company in China. For $80+ in postage. They specifically say the want every customer to be happy on the website. NOT TRUE. And they said if I had worn them I would not get a refund. I advised them I had not worn them, and I immediately contacted them about the sizes. They told me they had laws that would let them not give me a refund if they thought I had worn them. After about two weeks of back and forth I notified the bank my credit card I used was from. They gave me a full refund and would try to get the money back. I also checked with the BBB and they had a ton of complaints. I made the mistake of confusing this company with Orthofeet, which one of my friends loves. Do not order from this company. I had an ad pop up online from Comfort Wear with the exact shoe line and logo today. BEWARE of this company.

Warning: This company is a scam. Their shoes are not truly orthopedic as advertised. When I tried to return the product, they refused to cover the return shipping costs. It’s disappointing that Google allows such deceptive businesses to advertise. I strongly advise others not to buy from this company.

The shoes are ridiculous and NOT orthotic in any way shape or form. I've contacted customer service for returns and they are fully ignoring me. I will now contact my CC for a full return and report this company as fraudulent. Awful shoes!

I ordered a pair of OrthoFit shoes and cancelled order within 20 minutes. I received an automatic message that my issue had been forwarded to their “investigation team”. Why did they need to investigate a cancelled order? No further response. The shoes I’d cancelled were delivered. I haven’t opened the package. I sent several more messages asking for a prepaid return label.
I finally received a message from Tyler Adams that I should contact him once I received order. Advised him I had and want to return product. Today I have 2 additional emails that they’ve shipped yet another order.
Either these people are con men or phenomenally incompetent. I’m frustrated and irate.
DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
