Took 6 weeks to get here (literally a slow boat from China) and that is with me continuously contacting both this company and the carrier. Boots were stuck in Woodale, IL for a month. When I received them they were as pictured, but cheaply made. No support. I’ll be keeping them because trying to return is worthless- and these will suffice. Since they were taking so long, I did buy another pair of boots, as it is winter. Don’t order from this company.

If I could give less than 1 I would. They are cheap Chinese made shoes that do not fit and won't last. They offered me 15% back and I don't have to ship them, then 30% back and I don't have to ship them back. Now waiting on my credit card company to hear from them. They are not orthofeet and do not stand by their product.

These guys ship from China - i bought from them thinking they were Orthofeet. I asked them to cancel my order right after i ordered when i realized my mistake - they politely said it was too late -but they ended up shipping later than the time i requested it. When arrived no protection in ankle area and cheaply made but they fit me fine. Found cheap fake fur lining on my socks when i just tried them on.

They said I can ship back or get refunded 30% - i chose the later to avoid the hassle.

They sent me children's shoes, no packing slip, no return label, refuse to do anything? I am a 10 wide woman shoes, they sent me a short half that size! Back and forth, ultimately they said it's your problem, keep the shoes or spend $25 to ship them to China. Scam, scam scam, please close this company down, unscrupulous!!!

SCAM…. I fell for a beautiful ad on Facebook !!! It took a month to get them the shoes!
I can’t even describe the poor quality… The soles are hard plastic, which look like you would fall instantly if you stepped on water or anything slick and they are so uncomfortable I don’t even want to give them to the Goodwill!! I contacted Customer Service and they told me I could pay Pay to return them, but they would go all the way to a China warehouse and if they didn’t receive them, then I would get no return money! I declined to mail them back ! they did offer me a 30% refund which I received, but I still lost over a $100!!
FACEBOOK SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOR ALLOWING A SCAM TO ADVERTISE !! Facebook you won’t let a legitimate Cbd Store advertise, but you’ll let these Chinese scam artists advertise!!
So therefore, I will never order from any Facebook ad ever again so legitimate companies will lose my money because Facebook doesn’t monitor their advertisers!!

Fall Hazard. Cheap plastic soles are smooth and you can’t walk on anything slippery. Ordered a size up and still too small. Cheaply, very cheaply made.
I made mistake of quick order and not checking that they are shipped from China. Also, name is close to another brand I ordered from in the past that does have great boots (Orthofeet). But this company - Orthofit is terrible quality.

I am on my feet 16 hrs a day on concrete. I bought these shoes and my feet hurt, their way to wide for my feet and sloppy. I have been trying too return them since 02 Dec 25 and as of 12 Jan 26 it is outside of the 30 day window. I would NOT recommend these shoes to anyone.

I ordered a pair of boots from the Orthofit Store, which looked like a legitimate company.
While they did arrive in 2 weeks, the boots are
too small, even though I ordered a size larger as requested. They are also cheaply made and not leather as advertised.
I emailed the company 3 times as to how to return them before I received a response.
When I finally received the instructions, I learned that
this is not only a Chinese company, but the boots are actually mailed from China.
I'm sure that it will not be cheap to mail these back, nor that I am guaranteed the refund.
I made the mistake of not checking the BBB before ordering from this illegitimate company.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. The sandals arrived late and were too small. I tried them on immediately put them back in the packaging. I contacted customer service to arrange a return. I did get an email saying they were reviewing the request. After several days I emailed them again, no response. Betweenthe quality of the sandals and the customer service this isenough for me to say never again. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Bought a pair of tennis shoes for foot pain. And a pair of insoles. Bought my normal size. Only after seeing them advertise a 30 day try risk free or money back guarantee. They got here and they were too big and cheaply made. I looked at the return policy. You can’t return them if they show signs of wear. I went through days of emails with them about their false advertising. Barely got any of my money back.

Ordered a pair of winter boots size 12.5-13. I’ve worn a 12 all my life but these fit like an 11. Only way to get a refund was to pay to ship them to China! WTF!
Beware, these things were poor quality and the sizing wasn’t even close.
I wouldn’t do business with them again even if they were giving their product away.

Ordered a pair of boots, shipped to wrong address. Playing hell getting them shipped to correct address or better yet, my money back. At this point, I don't see that happening. This has been ongoing for over a month. As stated previously, no customer service number to call. Email response time is horrible as well. Will never suggest them to anyone. Fool me once, shame on you.

Order a pair of shoes, took a very long time to receive them. I didn’t realize they were coming from China. But that wasn’t my issue with the company, these by far are the cheapest made shoes I’ve ever seen. They were $80.00 marked down from $130.00. I’ve never wore them and going straight to goodwill, maybe someone can wear these. Very misleading in the quality.

I ordered a pair of shoes from them in Nov 2025. The shoes arrived, not in a box put in a plastic bag. They were plastic not comfortable at all. I contacted them and requested a return label, they said it was against company policy. The told me I would have to pay to send them back to CHINA

the shoes had absolutely zero arch support and were way overpriced. Don't buy these they are nothing like they were said to be on the website. Shipping too much to send back so now I am stuck with them. I did a review on their website which they never posted.
Lesson learned stay away from made in china.

Please don’t buy anything from this place. I just lost my $59.99. My hard working money. My order came delayed. And the shoes are really bad quality. I tried to return and we have to spend an another more than $30 something for shipping.

I wish I had read this before I placed the order with Steporthofit. Once the money was taken out of the account, it was just radio silence. I only used them, as the store was recommended by shop. They will be getting their own review!

Ordered shoes nov25 finally got them yesterday dec 16. They are the wrong size and looked very cheap. There was no return address or return label. I emailed customer service with no response. I learned my lesson and will read reviews first and only buy usa products.

BEWARE: Deceptive advertising. Product received not as shown or advertised. Suppose to receive a support orthopedic shoe, but instead received a “sock type”shoe! Shipping is severely delayed. It takes about a month. NO customer service contact number provided to request a refund or to ask questions. Only through email to which you will NOT get a response. Sent messages for a refund request over a dozen times to no avail!! Yet on their website it states a no hassle return service. They should not be continuing to operate a business like this under false pretense and claims. On their website page it displays the Trust Pilot ratings at “5 stars”!! We took a screen pic of it, and compared it to the actual Trust Pilot site, which we can all see the ratings are actually at an”1.0” star!! This alone tells you this company is NOT to be trusted!!! Stay FAR FAR AWAY!!

They advertise a very good product and it is garbage, I don't feel any support on my feet and I ended with my feet more sore than before they sould be sued! They are liars
