Oroandpearl Arvostelua

I am glad Oro and Pearl offer’s great discounts for their great products!

Explained well. It suit the purpose and looks like it will be a wonderful gift

Good deals, easy to order, good descriptions and photos

This kit is of poor quality. Do not buy it. It’s just drop shipping from china and it takes about 20 days to arrive.

It doesn’t perform as they advertised so this is not as described. There’s even a layer of something coming off it after washing. That’s going in my cooking! Food sticks where it’s meant to be equivalent to a non stick. Even eggs!

No reply’s to email. They just ignore you.
Trying to get your money back seems impossible. AVOID!

Super easy to order and suggested a sharpening tool too which I added to the basket.

At first we couldn’t find information about the size of pans in the titanium pan set so had to opt for the set which gave the sizes. After that the ordering and payment procedure was smooth and quick. We don’t know about the quality as yet.

Easy to order in line information is clear and digestible.
The product comes with warranty which is great.

Excellent quality and sevice. Can't beat it!

BUYER BEWARE - I ordered a frying pan in September at considerable expense, yet I am still waiting for my goods to arrive. Despite contacting customer services on three separate occasions, I have not received a single reply. This is simply unacceptable. Customers deserve to receive the goods they have paid for, along with basic courtesy and communication when things go wrong. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and the complete lack of response has left me with little confidence in this company. I certainly would not recommend them.

Very easy to use website, simple product descriptions, checkout process was simple and straightforward

Great price for a quality product. Very impressed with the 25 year warranty.

Clear website and easy to order. Looks a great product. Can't wait to try!

Good discount and excited to get my pan

I've been looking for pans like these for a long time and I can't wait to get them and start cooking better

Disappointing quality and refusal to refund – Oro & Pearl

I ordered Oro & Pearl’s “Japanese Damascus – 3 Knife Set” for £99, advertised as reduced from £200. The knives took over two weeks to arrive and, to my disappointment, appeared to be poor-quality knives with laser-etched blades, nothing like the quality I had expected from the description and advertised price.

I contacted the company to explain my concerns. They initially offered me a 10% refund, then increased this to 20%. As I was unhappy with the product, I decided to return the knives instead.

I returned them by recorded delivery to the return address shown on the postage label. I have proof of delivery and confirmation that the parcel was signed for.

Despite numerous emails, Oro & Pearl now refuses to refund me, claiming I should have returned the knives to China instead.

The result is that the company has received the returned knives, but I am still £99 out of pocket.

I find this whole experience extremely disappointing. The product did not meet my expectations, the proposed partial refunds were unacceptable, and the subsequent refusal to refund me despite proof of delivery has left me with neither the knives nor my money.

I would advise potential customers to research the product carefully and check the returns arrangements before ordering. My experience of the product quality and after-sales service has been very poor.

I am still seeking the return of my £99.

Looks like great quality can't wait to receive my knives!

A very quick order made. Found what I wanted easily.

Ordering my second pan from Oro and Pearl! The first one was a gift for my in-laws and they love it, this time ordering one for myself! Can’t wait to receive it 😍

Efficient and great company

Excellent product and service. Highly recommended!
