Can’t get my tracking number. Haven’t received the product , can’t call the phone doesn’t work. Cant sent them e mails , because says the recipient doesn’t exist. And I’m getting undelivered messages .... what happens here ?

I waiting 2 days for coast of shipping with out any answer

I have done business with OPTP before and have been very satisfied with ordering and the products I have received. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing therapy products.

Disappoint very expensive!

Been nearly 3 weeks since I ordered and no product or any word as to when I may receive it. Also, a handling charge added to the order, who does a handling charge anymore separate from the shipping?

I cannot answer correctly as I am waiting for my order to get finished.

Really easy to shop once I found the "product" section. Initially I couldn't readily see where to click to find products so I tried the search bar and found them that way.

Great site! I was looking for a McKenzie Lumbar Roll and found it easily and it was exactly what I needed. Ordering took minutes and I'm well on my way to more comfortable sitting. Everything on the site was easy to understand and my order was completed very quickly and in a timely manner!

I had a very difficult time signing in with new passwords (yes, more than one!) I just can't seem to get it to work. Please simplify this process. . . I have no idea which password I'll use the next time I sign in. Otherwise, once signed in, navigating is easy.

This is ridiculous having to wait for shipping costs overnight for such lightweight items. I order $300k worth of goods per annum online and you are the first to keep a customer waiting for a quote first for an overnight shipment. I am out for the rest of the day and won't be able to reply or deal with this and I urgently need these straps for my health and to tie in on my phsysio treatments after being in a car accident. One is for my partner also.

Why am I limited to only reading my purchase on ONE device!? That is ridiculous! I've never had this issue when purchasing a text of any kind and wish I would have known that prior to making the purchase! Definitely WILL NOT be buying from here again.

After my order I received a message that my shipping costs were being calculated and I never heard anything after that. Very disappointing!

Easy to find what i wanted, quick responses and quick delivery.

Ordered clinic supply on 3/28/18 received email from OPTP on 3/29 acknowledging order but never shipped my order, 4/4/18 I called to check status, stated they did not ship because shipping address and CC billing address was different. OPTP had my email, phone number but never bothered to inform me about status of my order, on 4/4/18 places order again, was delivered on 4/12/18 no apology nothing. Will never do business with them

The web site was very easy to navigate. I was pleased to get the professional discount for the McKenzie lumbar support roll for myself as the one I have is so very worn and tattered!!

I have not gotten any updates on my order. I ordered 4 days ago and haven’t received anything. So far, I’m not impressed.

The ordering process was pretty straight forward. My only negative comment is I feel shipping and handling was excessive.

Website informative and very easy to navigate. I highly recommend the EZ Posture Pillow, worth every penny!

I received my shipment but was very disappointed that my package was open when it was dropped off.
