My first couple of experiences ordering prescription skincare through RedBox worked out fine because everything arrived on time and I didn't have to deal with customer service. If anything goes wrong with your order, their "customer care advocates" will basically tell you to go pound sand instead of helping you get a replacement or your money back. My most recent order was marked as delivered but I never received the product. When I contacted customer service, the rep "Brandi" told me to go through USPS or file a police report. According to USPS.com, missing mail search can't be done on prescription drugs. (Brandi says USPS is wrong). And wasting valuable law enforcement resources over a $30 face cream doesn't sit well with me. Now, I've filed a help request with USPS and I'm hoping for the best because $60 is a lot to throw away in this economy. I'm sure there are valid legal reasons why RedBox can't just send a replacement through the mail, but a refund, partial refund or even a discount code for my next order would have been so much better than paying for a consultation and a product I never received. I will be switching to a different provider with better service. It's bad enough to waste money and get the run-around over skincare products that I can live without. I hope they're not doing this to people on fixed incomes or in need of life-saving medication!

Redbox has been the best experience for me. I receive sound advice and care. It has been easy for me to receive great medical care while including online visits with a medical specialist. Have been a patient for years!

I came across Redbox Rx, by searching for telehealth with psychiatrists that were affordable because I have mental health conditions I need medication for and when I do not have them my days deteriorate a little more each day and my mental capacity, it's not the same. So I needed to find a place I could get my medicine quickly. I went through the process and signed up. I only paid $35 for my consultation scheduled for the next day(quick) on video with a psychiatrist and I only paid $28 for my prescription. Moving forward, I only have to pay $30 each month for my medicine. This covers The visit I'm not going to as well, and they ship it straight to my door for no extra cost, which makes it super convenient and I know it will always be here on time. I waited until after I received my first shipment to leave the Review so I could give my honest opinion. My medicine arrived in the time I was told which was about 3 business days and was exactly what I needed when I needed it! By far cheapest online option I have found in the last 4 years that I have been using telehealth for my medication. Thank you Redbox Rx

For my initial consultation the provider never showed up and I had to reschedule. I was prompted by the system to complete two separate consultations for 2 issues. When I had the first consultation ( that someone finally showed up for) she advised she could handle both issues in one consultation.
I was still charged for both consultations, even though I only had one that lasted maybe 4 minutes.
It took several more days for the consultation to “process” because of some error. Then when I finally received the medication one of the prescriptions was wrong.
I had to schedule yet another consultation to get the correct prescription (which was just a refill).
Overall for such an expensive service you’d think the quality would be better. It sees like one department does not communicate with each other and the process can be frustrating.

I've been trying various products to help my hair grow, hoping for a return to what used to be normal for me. So far, nothing has made a real difference. I decided that I wanted to try oral minoxidil, and Red Box was the site I chose to utilize.

In my prescription it was a pretty fast within 24 hours my medicine has been sent. A five-star rating would be within 6 hours, medical decision is made in following by prescription sent. Cuz when my symptoms act up I need medicine in a second. Thank you for listening.

was worried about how to do the video interview, i even called earlier but was reassured it will work fine on my phone. Oh My, they have a great way to do it without me doing anything special, sent me a link in a text, clicked on it, ALL was fine, I seen the nurse, she seen me, i explained my issue, DONE . GREAT service nice people that care!!!

Horrible company! I should have read the reviews on Better Business Bureau before giving them my money. There's a reason why they are not an accredited BBB business.

They charged me for a "consultation" and didn't provide any medicine or service, and are now refusing to give my money back.

Stay away people this place is a scam. Check them out on BBB website if you want real reviews.

Did the online conslutation. After 3 days didn't hear back from anyone. Called and they said they would expedite. Didn't hear from anyone. On day 4 I called and got a refund.

Same as others no help but charged me 39.00 to have a “Nurse practitioner” review my symptoms and prescribe the exact opposite of what I know I needed stating an interaction with my BP med.. there’s potential for all meds to have an interaction,im a nurse I know and I know what works for me..scam and waste of 40.00

I have been on the same medication for years now and needed to switch providers. Redbox refused to fill the rx I have been taking for years.

Edit # 2: apparently they want to keep digging their grave in their reply as they replied to me again. READ THEIR REPLY! They will charge you $69 for a "consultation" when all that consultation is them reviewing the answers to your questionnaire. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU MEDICATION AND WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY.

IF YOU GET SCAMMED BY THEM, MAKE SURE TO FILE A CHARGEBACK WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY FOR NO SERVICES PROVIDED!!!

They said in the reply that I shouldn't be charged if no care is provided, yet they PROVIDED NO CARE and then charged me anyways. My experience is great and the medication I needed they helped me tremendously, I will continue to use them

The process was very simple and very fast. I simply sent them a photo and a provider reviewed my request. It was approved in less than 24 hours. So glad I found this company!
