Incredible! I’ve never felt more heard and seen by a healthcare professional like I do with Fountain. I feel so much better. I can make it through my day without aches and my energy is back. The added bonus is my muscle tone is crazy! I never expected to have my tone arms back.

The process was simple, the team was easy to work with, and everything felt pretty straightforward from the start.

If I could give a zero I would. I went for bloodwork paid out of pocket then they charge you 200 or more a month. For cheap prescription any doctor can call in for way less. Never did follow up and was still charged month after month trying to cancel every-time you call they claim it’s cancelled and then say they don’t see you called to cancel prior. How convenient. Total scam and they won’t refund despite you not using service or getting treatment for months. I’m convinced the positive reviews are fake

Wildly overcharges for fairly inexpensive meds, roughly 7x the price WITHOUT insurance. They prey on the laziness and ingnorance of their customers, hoping they won't realize that, that the competency of the provider is minimal, the care provided is a blanket(safe and ineffective dosage) level, and you won't realize they put all the charges as reoccurring in hopes you forget to cancel. Go to a competent urologist and save hundreds while getting proper treatment.

From the start, this had been a fantastic experience. Appointments are easy, lab work is easy and convenient, communication is great, and the providers are top shelf. They are very knowledgeable and work with you very closely to get to the results you’re hoping for. The method of TRT dosing and application is quite good. Additionally, it’s easy to get questions answered in between visits, which is very important. This is a complete, effective, and very well run service always putting the patient first.

Phenomenal experience fast answers

This company fraudulently charged over $400 (!!!) on my debit card despite me never having paid for services or goods. They charged $428 in TWO WEEKS!! I’m absolutely disgusted by the greed and willingness to steal from random people. I’m a graduate student working part time, and $428 is over half my paycheck. Just disgusting.

I love everything about this company, including their customer support group, their medical providers, and especially the phenomenal nurse practitioner assigned to me: Summer Denny.

The communication via texting is so amazing and so convenient that I wish other businesses would follow this model.

Requests get routed to the appropriate party very quickly and escalations (if ever needed) happen seamlessly...and it doesn't matter what time of day or night, I always feel connected and always feel like I have access to a team of people that want to see me do well.

I have never once felt isolated, abandoned, or neglected. Not once in 2 years.

The medication itself is excellent, the lab work is excellent, and the follow up is excellent.

The service I was searching for was found and all my questions answered. This company is the best, I had chronically low testosterone through many years of bad surgeries and from being hurt. From one month of taking testosterone pills my left arm that was broke from a car accident doesn’t burn or hurt anymore, my libido is through the roof. I feel smarter, this honestly changed my whole life. This company is a life changer, I’m glad with research and from the prohibitions of steroids doctors still use this. I can finally walk my dogs around my neighborhood, and I finally have a gf after many years. These guys and ladies are the top notch, refer your friends.

I started my TRT Treatment with FountainTRT over a year ago. My experience with customer services, support and medical issues has been one if not the best of any companies I’ve had memberships with.

Every time I send a text to the general support number no matter if it’s billing, medical, or any kind of question I get a reply within minutes, sometimes even seconds. It may not be the answer right away but is always someone telling me they are looking into the issue and will get back to me asap. Which they actually do.

Shipments of medicine are always on time, any mistakes as in one time I was double charged for a medicine I’m taking along with the Testosterone was fixed and my money refunded in less than 5 minutes. On top of that the medical staff is very polite and understanding of my concerns and questions and always take them seriously and answer accordingly. Blood tests are done with frequency and results explained in detail by the medical staff over an online meeting. Any concerns addressed immediately and that peace of mind is priceless. Especially when you, like me, have many doubts before going into the TRT and at the beginning few months.

I cannot recommend enough FountainTRT to anybody that is in need of TRT.

Smooth process to getting approved for TRT. I chose the injection route. They send everything needed (syringes, how to guide with your exact dosage on the guide too, the testosterone). The Telehealth calls are super quick and to the point. On week 9 now and my T went from mid 400s to mid 900s.
They're available anytime, you just send them a text and they answer your questions in a timely manner.
