I'd been to several other outlets but to no avail, the only thing they tried to do was to upsell me new glasses.
The service I received at Opto was excellent no trying to sell me anything, they fixed my glasses very quickly and I had a choice of how much I wanted to spend.

Quality repair, speedy return, great communication, huge savings.
First of all the communication in terms of acknowledging website and postal communications was rapid and to the point.
Secondly the speed of turnaround from sending my (sun)glasses for repair to receiving them back by post was incredible - about 4 working days.
Thirdly, as it should be, but nonetheless re-assuringly, my (sun)glasses were returned in the Oakley OEM Sunglasses case I had sent them in.
Fourthly and most importantly, the repair itself was a difficult one with a jagged fracture and I was pleased with the quality of a very testing repair.
Fifthly and finally, I saved a huge amount of money as these were Oakley prescription sunglasses and would likely have cost me £400 to purchase a brand new pair.

Very good company!
I have sent off a second pair of sunglasses to be repaired and I’ve been meaning to write a review from before.
I am super impressed with the first pair I sent off… My partner’s Louis Vuitton sunglasses. The frame was completely wrecked. Was a bit sceptical to send off but sent the pictures off and they advised what package to buy. It came back in a few days all brand new and they even gave me £10 refund as I overpaid for a service that I didn’t actually need in the end.
Then my Gucci sunglasses, again the frame was off balance. Sent it off Friday and it came back today Monday! Absolutely love this company! Top notch!!

Great Service - highly recommended!

Prompt service
I have a pair of rimless glasses which were quite expensive. Unfortunately, one of the arms became detached and the other arm was on the verge of coming off. I took them to the opticians where I had bought them and although they managed to re-fit the arm, the repair only lasted a day. I tried one or two repairs myself which weren't successful and I thought I would have to purchase a new pair of glasses. Fortunately, I came across Opto Glasses Repair on the Internet. I contacted them and sent some photos of the glasses in question. They came back to me quite quickly and told me which repair package to purchase if I wanted to go ahead. I was surprised at the reasonable price quoted and thought it was worth taking a chance on them. I had to pay the postage to send the glasses to them but they said that the return postage was included in the price. I sent the glasses on Wednesday and had an acknowledgement of receipt on the following day (Thursday). They told me the repair would be carried out on the Friday and on Saturday morning they arrived back with me. The glasses looked better than when I first purchased them and had been thoroughly cleaned. I am most impressed with the quality of the repair and the prompt service I received. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. I would thoroughly recommend Opto.
