While we cannot determine exactly how the original anklet became damaged, we do know that many customers wear the same anklet for months without any issues. To be transparent: we recently experienced a supply issue with our stainless steel manufacturer, which is the core component of all our jewellery. We could have switched to a lower grade material to fulfil orders faster, but that would have meant compromising on the quality we promise every customer, and that's something we're not willing to do. We've since resolved the issue, so this delay won't happen again going forward.
