We contacted Optimus for the first time and spoke to Eric. We had not used the company before. Eric answered all our questions. I said we needed to think about it. No problem was the reply. When would you like me to call you back. We gave a date and time, and he called back. We had more questions, and he answered them all. So, we booked our fabulous holiday. Everything went like clockwork. Flights, transfers, hotels, cruise. Everything. We had a fabulous holiday in NewZealand and Australia and cruise. Eric was amazing. I would recommend Optimus without hesitation

We booked out cruiser with Optimus Holidays and had a very great experience with Eric who made sure that our requests were attended to, to the t. He kept communication lines open throughout out trip and responded promptly to our queries while we were abroad.

Kenny is wonderful, after being let down by a larger agency he resolved and made my booking without any issues. He was prompt effecient and kept me updated. He phoned as promised and he is always polite and courteous. Going forward I wont be using anyone else.

We are very pedantic people but Richard was extremely helpful and responded to all our questions - and we had many - very quickly.
Our Australia trip is not for a few months but we are very excited as it's a big celebration for us.
Everything is in place now and Richard - and Optimus - has been helpful all the time and we feel reassured that all holiday arrangements - stay and cruise - will go as planned.

Kenny took all the stress from the booking for us. He organised the pre cruise excursions, transfers and the cruise. He was quick to answer questions and change any bookings we had. For a once in the lifetime cruise, he made the booking and experience stress free.

Unfortunately the cruise we wanted to go on originally wouldn’t let my then to be 10 month old sail but Kenny helped to look for and book and alternative. Exceptional service for all our tailor made needs for every holiday. The representative I dealt with called Kenny was one of the most polite and charming people I have ever spoken to on the telephone. He was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to get answers to some of the non standard questions I asked. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a smooth experience in booking a holiday.
