Great product but disappointing delivery.
the bed is perfect and easy to use. It definitely requires two people to set it up as the frame is heavy, but it only took an hour to put it together.
My only criticism was the delivery; I’d booked and paid for a specific date so we could make the 2 hr journey to assemble the bed. It was only after I rang in the afternoon, I was told it wasn’t going to be delivered until the following day.

Hello Mr Vincent,
Thank you for your review , we’re really pleased to hear you’re happy with the bed and found it easy to use once assembled.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the setup as well; you’re absolutely right that two people are recommended due to the weight of the frame.
I’m very sorry for the disruption caused with your delivery. We understand how important it is to meet booked dates, especially when you’ve made a long journey to be there. This certainly isn’t the level of communication we aim to provide, and we’ll use your feedback to improve this moving forward.
I can see the delivery charge has been refunded for the inconvenience caused.
Thank you again for your comments, and we hope you continue to enjoy your new bed. if you need anything else at all in the future please don't hesitate to be in contact with us.
Kind regards,
Jordan

From the visit at the High Wycombe show…
From the visit at the High Wycombe show room to getting the bed was a wonderful experience. Though there was an issue with the headboard size and frame, this was sorted very professionally. The delivery team of Toby & Lucas were great. Professional, polite and efficient. The bed itself is very comfortable. Though a little pricier then others on the market, it is value for money.

Can't fault this company
Can't fault this company from the store manager who rang me after my initial enquiry no pressure to buy just good honest information, I decided to buy online on 11/05/26 and on 18/05/26 the profiling bed was installed by 2 brilliant fitters who explained everything about how to use the remote control. I was kept informed from day 1 congratulations to all the staff at Opera beds, highly recommend this company

Hello Elizabeth,
With the delivery coming via a third party courier we have no control over times they set on the day of delivery. I can see the mattress got delivered at 13:58 on the day the delivery was meant to be made so this was an hour later than the courier originally said.
What we advise all customers is next day delivery can be up to 5pm on the day.
I hope everything has been resolved for you and if you need anything else please don't hesitate to reach out to one of the team on 03332228584 or support@operabeds.com.

Personal Service
I have been dealing with Opera beds for many years. The bed is used for my husband who uses it around 17 hours a day. The bed looks good, the functions are ideal, What I wish to make people aware is that the after care is exceptional. I have had telephone advice when needed and had engineers come and sort any problems. I would certainly not hesitate in recommending Opera Beds to family and friends.

So happy with Opera Beds. From the get go they have been so helpful. They answer questions promptly on chat, then called to clarify when I made a mistake ordering. Delivery is so quick. They came and built when they said they would so didn’t need to wait in all day. Quick and efficient and friendly when delivering and building and even taking the old bed away. The bed and mattress are ridiculously comfy. Only been a few days but been sleeping so well.
