Jade adjustable bed
Bed was delivered as per schedule. Gentlemen were really polite and professional. They removed the old bed and installed the new bed very swiftly. They explained how to use the bed clearly and patiently (with my 93 year old mother). Quality of bed is excellent. Really pleased. The salesman, Billy, was also very patient and helpful. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an adjustable bed.

Everything from ordering and receiving…
Everything from ordering and receiving help over the ‘phone was great. Impressed with timely delivery. No waiting for weeks. Assembly, old bed removal and cardboard clearance so gratefully appreciated.
The reason I gave 4 stars was because the storage drawers on my bed do not close flush to the base without really strong effort and I don’t have the strength in my wrists. However, I do need storage, so am prepared to accept that issue. Thank you.

We’re really sorry to hear about the issue with your storage drawers. They should certainly close comfortably, so we completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially if it requires more effort than expected. This isn’t the standard we aim for, and we’d be more than happy to look into this for you to see if there’s an adjustment or solution that could help.
Please don’t hesitate to contact our team if you’d like us to review this further, we’d love to make this right for you. either email support@operabeds.com or call 03332228584.
