Outstanding
Absolutely first class service and a brilliant bed that has been one of our best ever purchases for my husband with MND. No issues whatsoever in 4 years. Then when the up/down function failed one day, we called the office (Jordan) and were given verbal instructions and sent a video on how to temporarily fix it-all very straightforward. We received a new cable the next day in the post for free and again a very comprehensive video on how to attach it. What could have been a very stressful experience was, in fact, quite the opposite and my husband and I are both extremely grateful.

More amazing service from Opera Beds
I ordered a mattress from Opera Bed a few months ago and was dellghted with their service and with the mattress when it arrived. I gave a 5* review
Unfortunately it turned out that the mattress was not going to be suitable for me due to unforseen circumstances. This was after the trial period had expired.
I rang Opera and spoke to Michelle and explained why the mattress wasn't suitable for me. She took the time to understand what the problem was and arranged for the mattress to be collected and returned to them,
It is unfortunate that the mattress was not suitable but it would not have been possible for Opera to know that in advance of me trying it.
The way this situation has been handled is testament to the amazing customer service provided by Opera

Following an incident at home we…
Following an incident at home we decided to purchase a bed that had side restraints. Searching the web we found Opera care beds. We set out our requirements and found they met all our needs. One thing we did want was a bed that didnt look like a hospital bed but that offered most if not all of the attributes. We wanted to see the full range so that we could make an informed choice. We phoned their main number and made an appointment at High Wycombe for a dedicated viewing session. As the viewing session is dedicated to a single customer we were asked not to be late but this was how we preferred it. Here we met Billy, who was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions and explained everything clearly. Not at all pushy. We ordered on the spot. Before we had managed to leave the showroom grounds we were called to make the delivery and installation appointment. This all happened two days later. We were called 40 minutes before they arrived and we were then sent an email with tracking information which proved to be reasonably accurate. Rich and Darren installed the bed without fuss and cleared up after themselves. They demonstrated the bed fully and answered all our questions. The whole operation took 30 minutes.
Really excellent service from beginning to end.
