Excellent product and service. Had first uninterrupted sleep for months( every night since) Customer service gave very good explanation of product and quick delivery date. Delivery very good, very professional installation by Lee and Harry. Had technical problem on day and customer service arranged Lee and Harry to return to fix it within 2hours! Billy, is absolutely amazing. I came in with my mother and toddler and he accommodated us all, between paper work and helping with the running toddler he really is great. A year later and I needed some help with something and he didnt waste a second to help me. 5 star service! Oh and delivery men are great at what they do and installed the bed in a heart beat! Id definitely order from them again if needed.

A quality product & service deserving of a 5-star rating!
The delivery was on time and extremely efficient. The old super kingsize bed was awkward to remove but the 2-man team (Nick and Owen) did so with great care. The new Opera bed was expertly installed with the demonstration & handover process explained clearly. Both guys were helpful and very polite, leaving the room clean and tidy as they found it. Overall the whole process from showroom visit, purchase, and delivery was an excellent and smooth process. A quality product & service deserving of a 5-star rating!

Excellent service from start to finish.
The service from start to finish was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for Michelle from viewing to ordering the bed. The delivery happened in the timescale that I was told and the men delivering were very pleasant. I cannot fault this company and would highly recommend them.

From start to finish the experience of…
From start to finish the experience of buying from Opera was made simple. Lisa showed us around in a very professional manner, with no hard sell. Just plenty of information and understanding. Delivery was within a few days and once again the installers were very professional. The bed itself has made a massive difference to my quality of sleep. The only request I would make would be for a motion sensor within the remote so that it lights up as soon as you move it.

a great experience
easy to order, no pressure sales, i was kept up to date as to how my order was progressing and the delivery guys were polite friendly even positioned the bed exactly where i wanted it down to the last inch without having to ask them, and to top it all they took every scrape of packaging away with them

A fantastic bed with an excellent delivery service
After a couple of nights of the best sleep I've had in years I can confidently say that my Opera Super King Emerald Motion Adjustable Bed seems a very worthwhile investment. The Gel Pro 4000 Adjustable Mattress, whilst very expensive, is also supremely comfortable and works well with the adjustable bed.
Perhaps the best part of the experience so far has been the delivery. I paid for installation and old bed removal, and the delivery team of Lee and Harry set about the task with efficiency and competence. The new bed was set up, tested and demonstrated within a hour. Thank you Opera Beds and your excellent team.

Just Beware of what u buy
I can not fault there customer service and after help, it’s one of the best I’ve encountered in recent times , the people and engineers they send are very nice and try there best to sort the problems that you may be dealing with BUT it’s not what you bought , you have bought a product or products and need the products to work.
I sorry to say I’ve lost my faith in there products . I’ve had problems with my bariatric signature profiling bed it took SEVERAL visits from engineers to fix it. yes it’s work now and dose what it’s suppose to do but it’s left me with a nasty niddle in my back of my head every time I use it is it going work, I just don’t have total faith in the bed anymore but I have no choice but to use it.
At the same time I bought a recliner chair from them which has broken down 4 times,the last time it broke it left me stuck in position it was neither up or down I had to clime off the chair I’m disabled with mobility problems so you can imagine it was not fun getting off it.
Give Opera there due they have tried to sort the problems with the chair out and decide to exchange the chair for a new one which finally
Arrived today. But dose it work , DOSE IT HELL I’m now left with chair in seating position so I can sit in it but not fit for purpose it not doing what it suppose todo and reason I bought it. I have left it again in Opera hands to sort out I have no option but to do this . I have lost faith in there products and can not hand on heart give them any stars for that , BUT I can give them 2 stars for there customer service and after care funny enough and the staff that I’ve dealt with they do deserve to be recognised BUT there product just be beware you may get problems

I would highly recommend Opera Beds
I would highly recommend Opera Beds , after purchasing a profile bed and mattress for my father and later a bed table , both were needed quickly and on both occasions the sales team got the items to us the next day . Unfortunately my Dad only slept in the bed for 7 nights as he was taken into hospital the day the bed arrived and put together. After being discharged from hospital my Dad was told he needed a hospital bed with an air flow mattress , Opera Beds honoured their 10 night sleep returns policy as Dad had been in hospital for two weeks since delivery , couldn’t be more impressed with the whole process , the bed was dismantled and removed . A great company to deal with from start to finish . Both the bed and the bed table were good quality .
