Excellent !!!
Excellent service from both admin and delivery. Timing was excellent both in next available delivery soon after purchase, and also communication about the exact delivery time. The men were extremely courteous and helpful.
The only reason for dropping a star is there is a fault with the product. A minor tear in the fabric of frame. It was spotted by the installation man, photo taken for office report.... Otherwise I am thrilled with all. Just awaiting contact from the office regarding the tear.

Hello Joyce,
Thank you for taking the time to review us, and for the kind words about the office team and our delivery crew. Timely, clear communication is something we work hard at, so it's good to know it came across.
We're sorry about the tear in the frame fabric. Our installer was right to flag it and get a photo across to us, and you'll be pleased to know it's already with the team. We tried to reach you this morning but understand afternoons suit you better, so we'll call again this afternoon to get it sorted for you.
Thank you again for your patience, we're confident we can turn that missing star into a fifth once it's resolved.
Kind regards,
Jordan

When I was deciding on a bed for my mum, I was really anxious because I wanted to get it right for her. I called opera beds and they couldn't have been more helpful, from the moment I spoke to someone I felt more at ease. I spoke to a man called Billy and he explained everything so well and from that call I ordered the bed, they gave clear delivery dates, they helped when I needed the bed a little sooner. They were absolutely spot on for the time they had said and very quick ,organised and friendly when assembling the bed. They went through the instructions of use clearly and answered all my questions. So I would definitely recommend Opera Beds to anyone i know. Thank you
