Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review.
Rural deliveries aren't always the easiest to get right, so it's great to hear the express service arrived on time. I'll pass your comments on to Dwaine and Jason as well, taking care over the build, keeping things clean and tidy, and making sure you're confident using the bed before they leave is exactly what we ask of our installers, so it's good to know it landed that way.
If you need anything at all down the line, just get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
Kind regards,

Very comfortable bed
Very efficient and friendly. I knew I wanted Opera from the start and spent some time deciding what I wanted. My bed came a week after it was ordered. The delivery service was excellent - Alex and Patryk were fast and very efficient, explaining the controls. The bed is really comfortable after the mattress had time to ‘plump up’. I love the Zero G setting. I would definitely recommend Opera beds. However I would not recommend the graphene electric blanket - it felt like sleeping on cardboard. Opera have been very good about this, and are having it collected when they are next in the vicinity.

Hello Ruth,
Thank you for such a thoughtful review, and for choosing Opera.
Really pleased the delivery went well, I'll pass your kind words on to Alex and Patryk, they'll be made up to hear it. Good to know the mattress has settled too, and that zero gravity is getting some use; it's a favourite here as well.
It was me you spoke with about the graphene electric blanket, so thank you again for being straight with me about it. That sort of feedback is genuinely useful and I've passed it on internally. I can see the planning team have reached out and we are collection on the 18th.
Thanks again for the recommendation, and enjoy the bed.
Kind regards,
Jordan
Exemplary service and staff, excellent product
Exemplary advice, service and aftercare from the whole team at Opera Beds throughout the process. Harry from Sales couldn't have done more to reconfigure the bed and accessories to meet the needs of our elderly and demanding relative. Nick delivered and installed the bed, professional and brilliant with explaining its function to our relative and when we needed something exchanged during the trial period.
Very highly recommended!!

Good beds and helpful staff
Bought two beds from Opera beds in Hull. All the staff whether on the phone or when goods delivered were very helpful and Chelsea was knowledgeable and friendly when we visited. One or two minor issues sorted out quickly and when I wanted one of the beds moving kindly fitted in with my timetable. Very happy with the staff and service

Needed an adjustable single bed for my mum very quickly due to my dad having to have a hospital bed at home. Very helpful and informative regarding choosing a bed and went above and beyond to sort out the delivery of the bed to coincide with day of delivery of the hospital bed. Kept informed the day beforehand of the time of delivery and on the day itself.

Hello Stephanie,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review, especially with everything you've had going on at home. Arranging care equipment at short notice is stressful enough without worrying whether the bed will turn up on the right day, so I'm really pleased the team could line the delivery up with your dad's hospital bed and keep you posted on timings.
I'll pass your kind words on to everyone involved. Wishing your mum and dad all the best, and if you need anything at all with the bed going forward, just give us a call.
Kind regards,
Jordan
A* from start to finish
We approached Opera beds as we needed to purchase a profiling bed for our Mom.
Our experience of Opera from start to finish was was first class. The initial sales call with Billy was a breeze. He was very knowledgeable about the beds and was able to answer any questions we had. Not once during that call or subsequent emails did we feel we were being pushed into purchasing.
We then had contact with Sean regarding delivery which initially was within 10 days however as I was away on holiday, he was very happy to delay delivery until my return.
The bed has been delivered today and more than meets expectations. It looks high-quality and is exactly what. Mum wanted. We are looking forward to seeing how her sleep is affected, hopefully for the better.
The guys that delivered the bed were extremely professional worked extremely tidy and left no mess (Patrick and ?) They even put shoe covers on so as not to dirty mums carpet.
All in all can’t fault our experience. Well done, Opera beds!!

Hello Mandy,
Thank you so much for taking the time to write this, what a lovely review to read.
I'm really pleased Billy was able to answer everything without any pressure. Buying a profiling bed is a big decision and it's usually not one people are making under happy circumstances, so we'd much rather you had the space to get it right. I'll pass your comments on to him and to Shaun, who I know will be glad the delivery reschedule worked out around your holiday.
Our installation teams take real pride in leaving a home exactly as they found it, so the shoe covers made me smile, thank you for noticing.
I hope your Mum settles into the bed well and it makes a real difference to her nights. If you need anything at all, our aftercare team is here to help.
Kind regards,
