The customer service from Josh was absolutely second to non, we had a problem with a second hand Opera bed, so especially considering we hadn't just purchased a new from Opera, I couldn't believe how helpful, patient and kind he was and also very persistent in helping us out.
I can't tell you what a relief it was!
Absolutely amazing 🤩

Hello Jackie,
Thank you so much for this lovely review! I'm really glad Josh was able to help you get things sorted, and that it took some of the stress away.
Wherever an Opera bed has come from, we always want to do what we can to keep it working well, so it's great to hear it all came good in the end. I'll make sure Josh sees your kind words. He'll be really pleased.
Enjoy the bed!

Finally! somebody who understands good customer service and aftercare
Contacted the company yesterday re a faulty actuator motor. I emailed them a phone generated reel of the dysfunctional part. Dan phoned me soon after to confirm the dispatch details, then sent me a replacement instructions video, which I didn't need but which would be useful to a novice. Very helpful, very polite. No hint of any reluctance to honour the warranty. I've just fitted the new motor in a couple of minutes, approximately 24 hours from discovering the fault and contacting the company. DPD with their real time tracking and reliable timing did their part in this impressive exercise in top customer service and aftercare. With a product like this, prompt parts replacement is pretty critical. Somebody's getting it right.

Hello,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. Sending us a video of the faulty actuator made it easy to see the problem straight away, so that helped speed things up.
I'm really pleased to hear Dan looked after you so well. I'll make sure he sees your kind words. You're right that a quick parts replacement matters a lot with an adjustable bed, so that's exactly what we aim for. It's great to hear it was all sorted within about 24 hours and that you had the new motor fitted in a couple of minutes.
If you ever need anything else, you know where we are.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Thorough and informed sales team taking time to ensure we got what suited our requirements. Fast and efficient delivery with friendly and hard working installation team. Fantastic functionality of the bed which ensures comfortable position when sitting up, or sleeping. Massage function is outstanding giving fantastic back relief prior to sleep. Still undecided regards the memory foam mattress, although fantastically comfortable I find it difficult to change position due to my disability. May need changing under Operas 10 day policy ensuring the perfect match. 10/10 for the company in all respects.

Delivery men were friendly
Delivery men were friendly, courteous . Old bed was removed and they even asked for a hoover to do under the old bed before putting new one in place . All rubbish was removed and they demonstrated all the functions of the bed. This plus the excellent service we experienced when choosing the bed makes me certain to recommend the company to anyone.

A very positive experience from ordering through to the finished installation
From the initial enquiry through to installation, communication was excellent. The sales adviser listened carefully to what we needed, answered questions promptly and was very helpful in getting the specification and delivery arrangements right.
The delivery and installation went exactly as agreed, including helping to move the existing bed elsewhere within the care home, which made the whole process very straightforward.
Most importantly, the bed itself has been an excellent choice. It provides all the functionality of a profiling care bed but looks like an attractive piece of bedroom furniture rather than medical equipment. That was particularly important to us as this is an elderly relative's living space in a care home. She is really pleased with both the comfort and appearance of her new bed.
A very positive experience from ordering through to the finished installation.

Hello Chris,
Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We're really pleased our sales adviser was able to get the specification and delivery arrangements just right for you, and that the installation went exactly as planned, including moving the existing bed within the care home. It's especially lovely to hear your relative is so happy with her new bed. Making a care bed that feels like part of a home rather than a hospital room is exactly what we set out to do, so knowing it's given her both comfort and a space she's pleased with means a lot to us. Thank you for choosing Opera Beds, and we wish her many comfortable nights.

Fantastic customer service and an amazing bed
Fantastic customer service and the bed is amazing, Mum keeps telling me its 'heavenly'.
We had a bit of a rush on getting the bed in time but between Dan and Paul (warehouse manager) they managed to get the bed delivered and installed so Mum could be released from hospital.
We were so grateful for the extra mile they went and would recommend them without reservation.
Everybody we spoke to was friendly and helpful, at times of stress it's exactly what you need. Thank you!

Quick and easy, great company to buy from
The online personalised showroom tour made it easy to choose the right bed. The quote was clear and because I needed the bed quickly, I opted for pallet delivery the next day. The bed arrived by 8am and it took two of us a couple of hours to complete the assembly. It was actually easier than I expected and the video assembly guide on YouTube was pretty clear (and will always any concerns you may have about difficulty) All in all, a great experience.
