if OTB were a pupil their report would read , great potential but must try harder…
Otb offeres a range of holidays within a decent price range however, what lets the company down is the customer support.... expecting a customer to wait to chat to staff online for hours when most people work full time isn't acceptable.. The Irish version of the app seems very basic

Third visit to Salou!
I was familiar with On The Beach before my booking as a family member had used them earlier this year for a trip to Spain. As for my booking, no issues there and I got a good price too. With flights that suited the times for the Hotel room.

Great first time on the beach experience
It was my first time using on the beach. The initial booking was a bit slow as I made my booking and paid my money and got no confirmation for a few days but after I got that sorted everything else was perfect. Love that you add your luggage from the beginning so you have a true idea of the price, love that the price is in euro but that you can still from Belfast. Transfers were too class, driver on arrival was a little late but they were in contact the whole time.

Thanks Sheila — and welcome to On the Beach! We're sorry the confirmation took a few days but glad that once sorted everything else went smoothly. Great to hear you liked the luggage pricing and euro fares while flying from Belfast, and that transfers kept you informed even with the slight delay. Hope we can help plan your next trip soon 😊
