Excellent beds for a great price, customer service is also great, I’ve had the best sleep since purchasing my bed and silk Matress.

The website is easy to use. The after sale service is quick and efficient. When I realised that I'd made a mistake on my order I sent an email and within half an hour it was sorted out. Delivery drivers were polite and efficient and well within the 4 hour window. Overall a great experience.

I want to start by saying if you are considering a company for you beds/mattresses then please don’t look anywhere else, I promise you that you will not get a better or honest experience from anyone else. I have to say it has been amazing experience from start to finish with online bed store. I had a few concerns due to my stair spaces but Adam was able to discuss with me over a video call to reassure me of everything. I was then able to discuss my bed and mattress requirements and Adam was able to send me a quote which was very competitive because trust me I shopped around and this was a very good price for what I needed. We confirmed everything and delivery and few days before delivery I was called with confirmation of delivery and on the day I was contacted to say delivery driver was on the way to deliver and assemble. The drivers were very polite and friendly and did and amazing job in getting 3 beds with 2 mattresses upstairs and assembled them perfectly. As for what I received; Firstly the quality of the bed frame to the finish was fantastic, even down to the headboard bolts they use they are top quality. We are not talking about cheap wood chip or cardboard bed frames but high quality wood frame that you can see and feel the difference. You can see they don’t cut corners in the manufacturing of the bases, and the finish is immaculate! Then the 4ft mattress has to be icing on the top. It was a 3000 pocket sprung pillow top mattress and I have to say it’s a huge 15-16 inches high filled with quality material making it so comfortable and It’s so strong and looks durable I think I won’t need to change it for 20 years! The single mattress was a 1000 pocket pillow top mattress which is about 12-13 inches high and again the quality of the mattress is amazing and my little daughter loves it and does not want to get out bed. I ordered 2x 4ft Small Ottoman beds in 4 quarters with a single ottoman in 2 quarters and when they are put together they are very sturdy and strong with so much space for your storage (very deep and spacious). I have to admit it is vary rare to find honest and trustworthy person in this trade as all they care about is the money they make. Online bed store are a highly recommended company that I have already recommended to friends and family, I truly believe they can’t be beaten on price and quality. You may find a similar product elsewhere but online bed store don’t have any middle men, as they make everything themselves and pass on the savings to its customers and at the end of the day you are dealing with the best for the best quality products. Please give them a chance, you will not be disappointed with the service and quality they offer you. Ordered online. Company quick to call to arrange delivery. All delivered OK. Beds up. Just as described. Very pleased with them. Would recommend them and would definitely use again.

Well it was a very funny experience, placed the order, went through smoothly, had a follow up call all was great.
Came to delivery, I was contacted delivery would be xxx, all agreed then came to the day, emptied all the bedrooms, never heard a squeak, got to 4pm started contacting them after many attempts to find out the delivery wasn't going to be delivered..!! You can imagine I was furious, had 2 children with no beds, then told delivery wouldn't be for 2 days!! I was not a happy mum to say the least.
Anyway the guy went away and obviously knew I was upset spoke to his manager who contacted me immediately and was very annoyed with the delivery company... Well within half an hour he got his supervisor on the road with the delivery and by 7:30pm I had the beds... What a company, can't thank them enough for bending over backwards to get the delivery to me and my children went to bed with their lovely new beds as expected.

The online order process was easy to use. The communication regarding delivery was excellent, including from the driver. The delivery was respectful and careful. The new mattress was placed onto our bed and the old one removed. The mattress is exactly what we were looking for. We are very pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend the Online Bed Store.

I first came across this company on social media and was instantly drawn to how genuine and authentic they seemed. After getting in touch, I spoke with Adam, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He took the time to talk everything through over the phone, answered all of my questions and recommended the best options based on what we wanted whilst being mindful of our budget.

We ordered a Monaco-style bed with a tall headboard (which I am absolutely IN LOVE with) as well as a single bed with raised panels for our toddler. I sent over some inspiration photos and they brought our vision to life perfectly. I was so impressed with their ability to create exactly what we had imagined.

One of the things that really stood out to me is that they can custom make virtually any bed in any size, along with custom-size mattresses. It’s such a great service if you’re looking for something unique or need non-standard dimensions.

We did have a small hiccup when we realised that a standard mattress wasn’t quite right for our needs and that we actually needed a toddler-size mattress instead. Thankfully, the team has been incredibly helpful and is already sorting this out for us. Their understanding, communication and willingness to find the right solution have been really reassuring.

Overall, we’ve had a fantastic experience. The customer service has been excellent, the quality of the beds is amazing, and it’s clear they genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy. A huge thank you to Adam for all of his help—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Extremely disappointing customer service and complete lack of accountability

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Online Bed Store has been incredibly disappointing from start to finish.

After receiving beds and mattresses which were asembled by themselves, were not of satisfactory quality, I raised my concerns immediately and supplied photographs showing that the mattresses overhang the bases, leaving them unsupported and not as I expected when purchasing the products.

Initially, I had a very positive conversation with a member of their team, Adam, who confirmed that a full refund would be arranged and that the beds and mattresses would be collected within two weeks. Naturally, I was relieved that the matter appeared to be resolved.

However, shortly afterwards I received an email from the Management Team completely reversing that decision, stating that no refund or collection would take place because the employee was allegedly not authorised to make that commitment. As a customer, I do not believe it is acceptable to make promises of this nature and then simply withdraw them, leaving the customer to deal with the consequences.

Instead of taking responsibility, the company has repeatedly referred to its own returns policy and manufacturing tolerances, despite my concerns remaining unresolved. The only solution offered was a set of headboard spacers, which did nothing to address the underlying issue with the beds as well as advising us that we would need to cut them ourselves in order to make the mattress fit

After spending a considerable amount of money, I expected far better customer service and a company willing to stand behind the products they sell. Instead, I have been left with products I am unhappy with, no meaningful resolution, and a refusal to honour what I was originally told.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled. A company's true measure is how it deals with problems when they arise, and unfortunately my experience has left me with very little confidence in both the products and the after-sales service.

I sincerely hope the company reconsiders its position and resolves this matter fairly, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend Online Bed Store.

Great from start to finish

From purchase to delivery has been seamless. However, did not fit my double bed as expected
Mattress is good quality

I recently purchased a bed frame from this company and, after some delays due to the delivery company, I was pleased when it finally arrived. The bed itself is beautiful – the quality feels excellent, and I love the colour, which was recommended by the customer service team before I placed my order.

Unfortunately, there were a few issues initially. My custom bed wasn't made correctly, and the delivery company also caused some marks to my walls during delivery. However, after I emailed the company, I received a phone call almost immediately, on a Friday evening. They were apologetic, reassuring, and committed to putting everything right.

Although it ultimately took three attempts to get the custom bed exactly as ordered, the company stayed in contact throughout and resolved the issue. Their customer service was professional and they honoured their commitment to ensure I received the correct bed.

Overall, I'm happy with the finished product. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company for the quality of their beds and their customer service. My only hesitation would be ordering a custom bed again, simply because of the time and multiple deliveries it took to get it right. That said, they did resolve every issue, and I appreciated the way they handled the situation.

Very professional

Had delivery of my new bed yesterday and I am really pleased with it. Because I had the base made deeper it made the bed a lot heavier than normal but Mutar and Zee did an excellent job of delivering and assembling the bed. It is now what I would call ‘American’ height which is perfect for my storage needs. Cannot praise OBS enough from start to finish the customer service was second to none.

Would highly recommend this bed company! Firstly, received sample fabrics really quickly and secondly, staff very helpful online with all questions answered very promptly. Excited to receive both bed and mattress.
