We reached out to Claire after she was recommended by a friend to help us book a multi-generational family trip to Disneyland Paris, and honestly, she made the whole thing so much easier than we expected.

We wanted to drive over via the Eurotunnel as we were spending extra time with family in France, so it wasn’t a straightforward package holiday. Claire sorted everything for us, including the Eurotunnel, a hotel for the night before, a hotel outside the parks, and then a Disney hotel with all of our park passes. It was all planned perfectly.

A couple of weeks before we were due to travel, we had some unexpected family circumstances and needed to make some pretty major changes to the booking. I was dreading it, but Claire couldn’t have been more helpful. She dealt directly with Disney, rearranged hotel rooms, changed names, sorted the park passes and took all the stress away from us. Best of all, she managed everything without it costing us anything extra.
As well as all this she helped us upload the Disney app and gave us some suggestions for things to do and places to eat

She also made sure we knew exactly what we needed before we travelled, from the Eurotunnel requirements to insurance and all the little details that are easy to forget.

One of the loveliest touches was the little travel pack she sent for the children before we left. It had sweets for the journey, some Disney goodies and was such a thoughtful surprise that got them even more excited.

Even while we were away, Claire checked in to make sure everything was going well, which really showed she genuinely cares about her customers and not just making the booking.

I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Claire to anyone looking to book a holiday. She has been so knowledgeable, incredibly patient and she goes above and beyond from start to finish.

Our all-inclusive holiday was absolutely amazing, and as a family of four we had the best time ever. Everything was so well organised, and it was such a relief knowing that all the details had been taken care of for us.

I booked with James who made my experience so smooth sailing. I’m not a huge holiday goer so I’ve never been good at finding good deals but James found a holiday that is exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Highly recommend.

We had a last minute cancellation to our holiday due to my son badly breaking his foot before we went and unable to fly, Lisa was on hand as always to sort this for us even whilst she was on her own holiday!! You definitely don’t get that service from when booking online!

First booking with Alex and it couldn't of gone smoother. I have previously been to Majorca two years ago, but this time through Alex, was so much better. Alex arranged the hotel, flights and all the transfers for us which made a huge difference and saved us money. She was also in contact with us throughout to ensure everything was ok. I won't be travelling again unless it's through her and will be recommending her to my friends and family!

What can I say about Steph? This is the fourth holiday she’s booked for my family and we couldn’t be more impressed. Steph first came to the rescue back in May when our original accommodation for Sardinia fell through. She booked a simple yet perfect hotel resort for us with a large swimming food and fantastic food.
We just had another wonderful holiday in Mallorca at an all inclusive where friends of ours had visited the year before (also booking through Steph). This place did not disappoint! From the food, to the amazing pools and the daily entertainment - we were so impressed! Steph always gets the brief for us and she’s so thoughtful with her little gestures, like leaving gifts in our room for when we arrive.

We used Sharron for the second year in a row, Turkey last year and a cruise this year. Both times Sharron beat the price of booking direct with quite some margin. Great experience from booking all the way to post holiday feedback and Sharron was great when we had issues with our Turkey booking (Hotel not ready on time), going out of her way to ensure the issue was resolved.

This is my second holiday I’ve booked with Emma Morris and it won’t be my last. I usually know what I want for my holiday but feel overwhelmed with all the choice out there. And I don’t always find exactly what I want. On both occasions I said to Emma what my preferences were and she came back with the right holidays plus suggestions and advice. Our holiday was perfect from start to finish! The agent I used was Rachel Smith and cannot thank her enough for all she did. Rachel was so informative and helpful during the booking process. I booked a once in a lifetime trip with Sam Gentry-Marshall this summer, it was a big birthday trip & I knew I needed somebody who I could trust to deliver in all aspects of our trip. Booked a holiday last year for May of this year through Angela at One Travel Club for myself and four children. The process was seamless from start to finish with Angela keeping me updated at all stages and as soon as any changes to the holiday were announced. Even better is she managed to get the holiday cheaper than I had seen anywhere else which was a bonus.

Sam was amazing - from start to finish.
Booking for a group of 11 was always going to be challenging. Lots of people who all had different views and opinions. Sam was so patient with us and nothing was too much trouble. After a short while, she found us a beautiful villa which turned out to be perfect. Sam booked everything from flights to Villa, from seats on the plane to transfers, from special assistance to care hire. Throughout our holiday, Sam messaged to check everything was ok and since being back she has also made contact. Thank you Sam. You took away all the stress of booking a special holiday for such a large group of people. We can not thank you enough :)

Laura Ash was amazing!!

Laura has booked us a few holidays now and I can’t recommend her more highly. I’m not the easiest to please at times but nothing is too much or a problem for Laura. She was so fast in identifying our needs, offering us competitive prices and then booking it straight away when we’d made our decision. Every little detail is taken care of.
