Sharron booked our honeymoon for us and it was absolutely fantastic. She organised everything to a t and kept us up to date with plans so we just had to show up and enjoy ourselves. I would recommend her services to anyone and would definitely book again. Thank you x

This was the second time I’ve used Emma Morris to help with my family holiday booking. My experience this time round didn’t disappoint! Her knowledge and help was just second to none!! We had an amazing time and will definitely use Emma again for our next holiday booking!!

Our first time booking with Charleigh and it definitely won’t be our last. My daughter has extremely complex medical conditions and needs and is wheelchair dependent which has put me off booking a family holiday for years, but with the amazing help and support Charleigh gave me, I can’t wait to book again! From start to finish she was always at the end of the phone and took away SO much stress with many phones calls checking everything over that we needed to take with us. Researched and found hotels close to a hospital, had a private transfer arranged so my daughter could travel safely in her wheelchair when we arrived just to mention a few details. Service was second to none and we are SO grateful as a family that you enabled us to travel abroad and make the most amazing memories! I cannot recommend Charleigh enough. The service we had with Jet2 was also exceptional, couldn’t have helped us anymore, never rushed, helped with anything we needed in any aspect which was a huge relief as we had a lot of equipment and luggage to get on the plane. If you’re thinking of booking, you won’t regret it!
Thank you again Charleigh so so much, can’t wait to get looking for the next one!

I have booked two holidays now with Laura Ash and planning a third as she is so helpful, efficient and reliable. I recommend to friends and family too.

Staff are very very friendly, always there to lend a helping hand and answer any questions I had, no matter the question, no matter the time and if they didn’t know they always got back to me with an answer or a solution!!

Had such a great and easy experience with One Travel Club, first time using them and have already booked another holiday through them.

Can’t thank one travel club enough!

Yet another great holiday booked with Sandy at One Travel. This time we went to IKOS in Dassia. Everything was great from start to finish and I would highly recommend! Thank you

Sandy is always incredibly supportive and accommodating when it comes to managing our holiday bookings. Sandy’s clear communication and proactive approach made the process straightforward and stress-free.

This is the second time we have used One Travel Club & Nikki was once again amazing.
She was so dedicated every step of the way & made sure we were happy from booking our holidays to when we returned..! Thank you so much Nikki.. I’ll be recommending your services to my family & friends..!

Our agent, Nicky Bishop, organised a flight and multiple hotel package to Croatia for us recently. She went to great lengths to keep us informed and ensure that the whole process was smooth and easy so we felt in good hands.

Danni at One Travel Club has been incredible throughout our holiday planning, but more importantly - when our holiday was disrupted by a flight cancellation. Danni was on hand straight away to support us, liaising with our hotel and transfers to take the stress out of our hands. We never made it on holiday, but Danni ensured we were fully reimbursed and took on all of the communication for us. Thank you, Danni - we look forward to rebooking with you next year.

I received a recommendation from a friend to use Emma Morris to search for a holiday in September 2026 - we couldn’t have been happier with her service.
We were 3 mature ladies with a long list of wishes and requirements!
Emma responded quickly to any messages, regardless of the time, day and night.
Nothing was too much trouble and she was incredibly efficient and helpful.
I would have no hesitation in using Emma again- in fact we have already been in contact regarding a holiday for next year!
Thank you Emma for being amazing!!

I’ve booked quite a few trips with Laura, and she always delivers. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.

She’s incredibly knowledgeable about so many destinations, and I always feel reassured knowing she’s there to help with anything I need. Her attention to detail, knowledge and dedication really make booking a trip stress-free.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Laura to anyone looking to book their next holiday! ✈️🌍

Sharon was amazing from start to finish! So helpful & got us a fab deal on our Holiday. Would recommend to anyone

Laura Ash youre simply amazing

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing Laura took the time to explain everything we had an amazing time and Laura helped us so much she checked in with us prior to our holiday and weve spoken since I wouldn't hesitate to book with Laura again and i highly recommend her

Sarah recently booked a holiday for us in Spain and the process was easy and seamless from start to finish. She was able to check us in for our flights and so all we had to do was turn up on the day! The hotels she suggested were some of the best we have ever stayed at and we would love to return to either. We had an issue with baggage with one of the airlines and Sarah could not have been more helpful or supportive regarding this. Sarah has already helped with another trip I have later this year and we plan to use her services again for our summer holiday next year. Thanks again Sarah!

Danni really made everything so easy, and when our trip went wrong (EasyJet cancelled flight whilst we were sat waiting to take off!), she went above and beyond to support us and help us even late into the night and onwards. Even though we didn’t manage to get away, I’d 100% recommend them down to Danni’s help and support with the good and bad, throughout the whole process.

Sam was great at listening to
what we wanted in a holiday. She provided a great hotel and the whole
process was very smooth and efficient. I would definitely recommend.

Dani was amazing from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble.
Great communication and a fabulous holiday.

I used to always book directly with Jet2, TUI etc... Since using Claire Mann to book 3 IKOS resort holidays for us the experience has been excellent. On each occasion Claire has beaten the online Jet2 price and saved us money. However that’s not the only reason we book with her when there have been aircraft and seating changes Claire has taken the hassle of sorting all this out for us and dealt with Jet 2, saving time and stress of having to deal with any administrative changes whilst on holiday. Claire always sorts out check in for us, taking away another admin task and its really great having a premiere agent deal with all the day to day admin we just don’t have the time for ourselves, meaning the holiday is stress free from the moment we book with her. Would highly recommend

We were looking at an early booking of a Caribbean cruise with some specifics .. we are so busy, every minute is precious and we wanted to take the hassle out of trawling online or going to different agents.
Emma Bell was amazing … she was super efficient and very quick at getting back to us with various options , excellent price and a stress free booking ! Highly recommend . Thank you Emma . We are super excited !
