EDIT: Ich kann leider überhaupt nicht die Antwort des Unternehmens auf meine Bewertung nachvollziehen. Nichts wurde gelöst und ein weiterer Versuch Bitcoins zu versenden ist seit über 9 Tagen "under review".
Sie haben angefangen monatlich Geld abzuziehen, wenn man nicht regelmäßig auf der Plattform handelt. Das macht die Plattform in meinen Augen direkt unbrauchbar.
Außerdem kann ich meine Kryptowährungen nicht auf andere Wallets transferieren. Zuerst sind die Transaktionen ein paar Tage "under review" und schlagen dann fehl. Eine Antwort des Support-Teams ist noch ausständig

Beware of inactivity fees and virtually no trading volume!
OneTrading charges an inactivity fee if you don't regularly buy or trade cryptocurrencies. You must execute at least one transaction every 90 days; otherwise, a MONTHLY fee of 0.17% – note the percentage and PER MONTH – of your total portfolio value is charged.
In my case, this amounted to approximately €100 PER MONTH. This can be significantly more if you have a larger portfolio with OneTrading, and absolutely everything is taken into account when calculating the fee, including your cash balance.
And you dont get an email or a notification buy default, if you run into inactivity. That cost me about €400 because I only noticed it by chance after 4 months.
What also bothered me a lot was the almost nonexistent trading volume. The total daily Solana volume for SOL/EUR was around 200 SOL, and for Bitcoin, it was only 2 Bitcoin! Keep in mind that 2 BTC was the trading volume for an entire weekday. This data is from the current week in which I am writing this review. I think it was Tuesday or Wednesday.
When I realized that, and that almost €400 had already been deducted in inactivity fees, I immediately pulled the plug and left with all my assets.
But there are also positives. The support team responds very quickly and satisfactorily. The platform itself works. Transfers are processed very quickly.
Unfortunately, the lack of trading volume and especially the inactivity fee are complete deal-breakers.

Regarding the inactivity fee: this fee is outlined in our Terms and Conditions and it applies only when an account has no trading or deposit activity for 90+ days. The purpose is to cover the regulatory and custody costs of maintaining accounts that are no longer actively used.
For trading volumes: One Trading is still in a growth phase. We are actively expanding our liquidity partnerships and working to increase available depth across all markets — especially on our regulated Exchange venue. This is a key priority for us, and improvements are ongoing.

All of a sudden my funds are blocked unless I provide biometric data. They do not let you reject these new conditions, unless you are willing to lose your funds. This looks and smells a lot like coercion. I had been verified since 2017, before they renamed to onetrading and I can assure you I never agree to have any biometric data shared.

To clarify, we are a regulated exchange operating under MiFID II and MiCAR. These regulations require us to periodically update customer verification, especially when legal requirements change. Your original verification from 2017 was completed under a different regulatory framework, which is why a renewed verification is required now.
This process is not intended as coercion and your funds are not being “held.” Once verification is completed, full access is restored. All verification data is processed securely through a certified provider and handled in accordance with GDPR. We do not use this data for any purpose other than regulatory compliance and account security.

Update: you know when a company cares more about their image than their customers when they are way faster to do damage control on sites like this one than to address the problem shared earlier through their support channels!
