One Rent Arvostelua

Excellent service, the car was ready on time, the company's employees are helpful and always on time

Great experience with ONE RENT in Poland.

The car was ready on time, and the return process was quick and very efficient. We received exactly the car we wanted, clean and with a full tank of fuel.

As requested in our booking, we also received a child safety seat, which was clean and in good condition.

On the last day, I needed to postpone the return time by 30 minutes, twice, and both changes were easily arranged by email.

The pick-up and return location is at a parking lot near the airport, with a shuttle running every few minutes, so getting there and back was very convenient.

Overall, a smooth and hassle-free rental experience. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, car in excellent condition, in good condition with no accidents or scratches.
They brought me the car to the hotel, helped me with the multimedia, the representative left me his cell phone for any problems.
The pickup was from the hotel near the airport.
Payment was upon receipt of the car.
Highly recommended.

The service was excellent and punctual, and communication was clear.

we get the car wite no dealay , clean . quik dealvery
and the rutern was allso qiuk

I think the service begins and ends with the workers that drop off and collect the car.
they were very professional and polite and patient.
we ordered through an agent and everything was ok also the customer service that was open to last minute changes.
we will order from you again.

The car that was provided was very new. Getting the car was pretty simple and when I needed to change a day of return it was confirmed smoohtly.
I do think it was better to vewrify with me about a specific return point but this was my mistake that I didn't understand it is up on me.

Everything was great from recieving the vehicle at the airport, in a comfortable point (not with all renting companies). The staff waited patiently with no extra charge (due to long waiting time because of new Europe system). The vehicle was brand new. Comfortable. And also the returning point was next to our hotel. Also the communication with the staff was nice and patient.

Excellent very good service

Good service. Very nice car.

Paula was amazing to work with all my rentals and coordination will be through her forever!

Nice car, good service to the hotel

It's the first time I felt the agency work for me.
New and clean car waited for me with no effort from my side.
They were open to changes and requests when my trip changed.

Szybka, sprawna i kompletnie bezproblemowa obsługa. Totalna elastyczność. Personel bardzo uprzejmy. Auto czyste, nowiutkie. Takpowinien wyglądać każdy wynajm.

Auto zastępcze wydane bardzo sprawnie. Same dobre doświadczenia!

Much better than other rentals. Kind Rep. brought the car to us and took it from where we chose. So Convenient ! Will always look for OneRent (or similar service)

Excellent service, clean and reliable car and a great price

We received the car from a polite and pleasant courier at the airport. The car was clean, new, and excellent. When we returned the car, the service was very good. Highly recommended.

I chose to receive the car and return the from the hotel I was staying in and in both times the representative from the company came at time and was very helpful and professional.
The car was good and without any problems at all

The quality of the car ,the pick up and drop off experience were all excellent
