One Rent Arvostelua

Samochód podstawiony zgodnie z ustaleniami. Dobry kontakt zarówno z infolinią jak i kierowcą podstawiającym auto.
Auto w zasadzie w porządku poza wycieraczką kierowcy, która miała uszkodzoną gumę. W efekcie nie zbierała dołem oraz górą. Za to zabieram jedną gwiazdkę.

The staff was very courteous and patient. Picking up and dropping off the vehicles was easy and quick. The vehicles were clean and in excellent condition.

Pan który przekazywał mi auto z kluczami wszystko świetnie mi wyjaśnił .

Service is good, loved the communication before receiving and returning the car.
There was a 2 hour delay in receiving the car in Krakow which caused us to make some changes to our plans but overall experience was good.

Easy pickup & return. The car was not new, yet in good condition and suited our needs. Would recommend and rent with the company in the future.

Profesjonalna obsługa.

had good expirience , very convinient that they come to you to give/ take the car. ( at the last day the man wasa little late)
the car was good and new .

Excellent car rental company, excellent service, really good cars and they were fair and good prices

Honest, everything was said in the minute we rented the car. The staff was very nice and professional.

The service and the car were both of a high standard. However, when I returned the car, the agreement with your representative was that he would meet me at the airport entrance. Unfortunately, he did not show up and instead asked me to park the car in the company’s parking lot, which was inconvenient for me.

חיכו לנו עם הרכב כשנחתנו במקום מאוד נוח שלחו הודעה לפני מאוד מסודר ונעים
