Kudos & Gratitude!

As a person with very limited computer skills, who was very concerned that those inabilities would somehow make it impossible to complete the task, my Notary was OUTSTANDING
In addition to her excellent work, she was very helpful, patient and kind.

The notary himself was excellent

The notary himself was excellent, knowledgeable and efficient.
The onboarding process was a nightmare because I had an Android ZFold 7 smartphone and when you get to the point where you're supposed to take a picture of your license by clicking on a link there was no link.
Luckily, I had an iPad and when I used that to process the licenses the link appeared and I was able to provide it.
There should be a support number, the law firm that send the link to me didn't have any solution and if it wasn't for the iPad the time-critical notarization wouldn't have taken place.
Again, People? Superb.
Technology?: Needs work
Support?: Non-existent.

It was a nightmare

It was a nightmare! First I do my time doing my directive, then the last part is an electronic signature. Then off to OneNotary where the notary stated that my signature from the directive was blocking the space for me to sign……the whole process took me 2 & 1/2 hours!
I was ready to start pulling out what little hair I have left. Not an easy process on an IPhone.

Given a link for the session

Given a link for the session, it took a little guesswork to know what to do to get to the point of meeting with the notary. I think a little explanation on how to proceed is needed. The time spent with the notary herself was quick and easy.
