It was so easy and quick. Some people suggested that they had to wait for half an hour or more but for me it was very fast. The notary officer was available as soon as I clicked on the link. She was quite patient, understanding and friendly.

I have 1 suggestions please when a candidate click the e-signature icon and name appears.
Kindly ask the candidate to read your name and see if there's any spell mistake. 1st it was my mistake that I misspelled my name but when request for change. I saw may name on top left corner which was new corrected name still my e-signature name was incorrect( my previous misspelled name). So I email them again please correct my name I can't pay 50$ for this misunderstanding from both sides. But I am humbly grateful to Notry cam representative for sending me email for a new notry cam live call. THANK YOU. So in a nutshell I suggest Representative should ask the candidate to check your name or match your name with the one in top left corner bcz candidate is not sure if top left is wrong too( which is obviously candidate mistake and e-signature is notry mistake)

Punctuality and behaviour of notary staff

Instructions not good at all, failed at really letting the signers know what to do before hand. Do you create an account or not? We found out you do not only because our notary was kind enough to help. Other than the notary person the actual process is a zero star!

The directions in the email was not clear that both signees need to call in together. I had to prematurely end the first call because only one of us was present. Also the ID verification process was not smooth. It took multiple tries to get both signee's ID verification done. Again it wasn't clear that we both had to do the verification at the same time. Once we got on the call we had technical issue because we use Firefox. It should be clear that Chrome is preference. The notary on the other end was nice though. She walked us through and get the info done. The 5 verification questions should be from more recent years. Who can remember their address from 30 years ago unless they stayed in one place.

The verification process great for sure I did not know how to operate these video but the notary talked me thru it
