It was my first time placing an order and added some accessory. Unfortunately the nail grinder was not compatible with the model I purchased. We had ordered a new set of clippers for our dogs but the set wouldn't work on their thick coats. Reached out to the company and Andrea was very understanding and wonderful in helping us find a set that works exceptionally well on both our Schnauzer and Havanese. Olivia with Oneisall was amazing. The water dispenser for our cats quit working. I sent a video of the issue and they originally sent a replacement part. When that didn’t work, she sent me a whole new unit. Now my cats always has water. Thank you, Olivia! I greatly appreciate you.

This fountain wouldn't work for my household so I responded to the confirmation email saying I wanted to use the happiness guarantee. Andrea replied back asking why it wouldn't work. I sent a reply back and she replied again telling me my refund is being processed. I would order from this company again as the customer service is great and the product is good quality.

I had a small problem with the fountain that I wanted them to address so that no others had the same problem. My problem was taken very seriously and steps to change the issue are in the works. Andrea wanted to compensate me for the problem but I just wanted to make them aware of the issue. She very kindly is sending me extra filters for my fountain. It is so refreshing to have a company that truly cares about their products and the people that use them. No cheap tactics with Oneisall! A pleasure to do business with.

I’m very impressed with customer service of this company. I bought a pet water fountain less than a year ago and apparently the filters changed and didn’t fit my model anymore. I reached out to customer service and didn’t expect much but Sue helped me a great deal, she replaced my actual water pump for my fountain so it would fit the new, upgraded filters! She sent me the pump and a pack of filters for free and they arrived very fast. I’m so happy I get to keep using the water fountain because my pets love it and won’t drink water any other way. I have been referring all my pet owner friends to this company because not only are the products great but the customer service as well! Thank you Sue!
