I brought a playhouse from OneGarden. There were several parts that were the wrong size than those specified in the instruction manual. The delivery was late on a Friday and when I contacted them about the error they eventually denied all fault. They washed their hands at sorting out the wrong parts, denied all liability and were rude and unprofessional to deal with. Blamed the manufacture ( which i do understand) but equally we brought the house from them so they should help sort it out. We had photo proof of the issues and still they denied all responsibility. It was a shame as the playhouse was nice but we had to source the correct parts ourselves and it ruined the experience/ meant it was very expensive overall. In the end they offered a 5% refund but it felt like a kick in the teeth. I wouldn’t recommend buying big items from them for this reason just in case there was an issue with it.

Yes quick enough to take your order and money but seem to not take responsibility when you have damaged parts they send you to the makers which of course is shire buildings and trying to get replacement parts is a long waiting game so purchase extra wood or if your taking your old shed summerhouse down keep any wood that’s usable because if you can fix the damaged parts then do it yourself as it’s weeks and weeks. And they also say that they don’t take any responsibility for the replacement parts you go through them but they just send you too the manufacturer 😱 shire garden buildings and the parts team well they are so slow and😴
but the customer support try and they reply.
And if they offer as a good will gesture a planter because that’s all your get there great for firewood. Do your research or by word of mouth before purchasing. It may all be made at the same place but to whom you purchase from knowing you’ve got there full backing and they will try to rectify your issues as to me it’s the companies responsibility as you purchased from them not the manufacturer. So buy with caution pay by credit card then you have extra support.

Great service, kept me upto date every step of the way. I picked my delivery to be a bit further away to give me time to prep the area but I could have had it the following week.

Fantastic service, ordered a new shed, regular delivery updates with scheduled slot time kept to. Item well packaged in 2 boxes and delivered with care to my specified location (garage). Fantastic product at a great price with unbeatable service. What's not to like. Well done One Garden, highly recommended. Will certainly use again.

I’ve had one of these arches for at least seven years and it’s still going strong. It’s heavy enough that I’ve not had to secure it to the ground.
So I’ve purchased another for another part of the garden.

A wide range of garden products available, all at reduced sale prices. The website is easy to navigate & you can find what you want quickly. The items are of very good quality & the delivery process was efficient & straightforward. I have bought items from OneGarden on two occasions now, and will definitely use them again. I had a minor issue with some missing screws with one of my purchases, but Customer Services were quick to respond & sent me some replacements the next day. A very good experience from start to finish. If you are looking for garden furniture etc, you cannot go wrong here!

I purchased an outdoor arbour with seat. Excellent quality, delivered promptly, well packed.

We ordered the shed online which was a smooth process in itself,product discription was accurate to the letter in relation to the delivered shed.
Overall it took myself and my son about 5 hours to put up the shed and it's one of the sturdest sheds I've had.
I would highly recommend this product however it's definitely a two person job.

Well made, easy to assemble. Exactly what we wanted. Delivered on Time by a friendly helpful driver. Would definitely recommend this company, I will definitely be using One Garden again.

If I could give them no stars I would, received our Chelteham arbour approx 3 weeks and still have an unusable piece of garden furniture.
1. Delivered with items missing, and doubled up on other items.
2. Incorrect size of seat pad
3. Started to construct it and back seat rest was incorrectly constructed.
4. Replacement back rest received today and damage to the wood, this is not usable.
We made a complaint and were offered £10 in compensation, considering the amount we paid this is very poor.
Perhaps by the end of the summer we will be able to put it up and use do.
I do not recommend this company.

Ordered a Cambrian Garden Arch and it arrived today and I was amazed at the quality. Very heavy and sturdy. Good price

Would defo recommend this company, we bought some featheredged fence panels, at a really great price from them. The whole transaction was hassle free. We were able to choose the date we wanted for delivery and were kept informed along the way. On the morning of delivery we were given an estimated time to expect them and were able to track the delivery, and were called 15 minutes ahead of the driver arriving, he was very friendly and the panels were in excellent condition. Would 100% buy from again.

Ordered lots of fencing a few weeks ago and was given the choice of delivery for 29th May, took that date as it was a bank holiday, then emailed them to confirm it would be delivered and it was!!! Literally first drop yesterday at 7am! So impressed! Would definitely use these again.

OneGarden: no issues ordering so from that aspect all good, they answered any queries promptly my concern however is on OneGardens website it states choose your delivery day and that's where my journey became a little bumpy with them, basically got a email from Shire Sheds telling me when the delivery was going to be, when I tried to ask for a different delivery day, Shire (not OneGarden) just stopped answering my emails!

no one available on weekend to address issues
onegarden refuse to refund me for the expense i incurred for having to fittings i was forced to purchase to complete the build

Sent wrong item, no follow up not bothered once they’ve got your money? I had to chase everything up, eventually got the correct item which comes straight from manufacturer on a pallet that has probably been sitting with 100 others, stained and discoloured (but it is wood I suppose) One Garden customer service (I use the word service very lightly) we’re slow to respond and got the usual “sorry for your inconvenience” like I said not interested once you’ve paid, instructions are awful and wood is splitting once screws are put in, utter rubbish do not buy from them look elsewhere or you’ll regret it!

Ordered a Noahs Arbour online from One Garden that I had seen at a local garden centre. I saved over £400 and it was delivered free of charge within a week to my doorstep. It was securely pallatised and came with easy to follow assembly instructions with pictures to avoid mistakes. I'm really chuffed with the assembled unit and am pleased I chose One Garden, I had a very positive experience, thank you.
