Ordered a pair of running shoes to the UK in the week before Christmas - unsure how long delivery would take - took the risk and I was absolutely amazed to see the parcel arrive just two days after ordering - from Italy to the UK - seriously impressive. Legends!

I bought shoes from this site 2 October . I paid for them. I also paid 30€ for DHL shipping. They didn't send them to me by DHL, they sent them by FedEx. I never received any shoes, and when I asked for my money back, they never gave me my money back.

The staff are RUDE and completely ignore your questions.
No mention of custom fees at checkout.
Been nearly 2 months and I still don’t have my trainers.
Took forever to “dispatch” them too. That’s if they even have.
Whole thing seems fishy

About delivery to UK, we wrote all infos about duties in faq page and checkout, where we explicitly write that duties are not included in the price, therefore they must be paid to the courier for delivery.

J’ai fais une commande de 3 paires, j’en reçois une qui n’a rien à voir avec ma commande. Je me dirige alors vers le service après vente qui fait tout pour me faire perdre du temps et me décourager (me faire reprendre des photos du colis une semaine après que j’ai déjà envoyé les photos). Je crois qu’ils veulent que je m’assoie sur ma commande, pour le moment le soucis n’est toujours pas réglé. A FUIR
Maj il me demande des photos du colis que je leur est déjà envoyé en plus, 2 semaines après et une étiquette sur la boîte reçu (mauvaise boîte) ou l’étiquette c’est decoler. Si vous avez un problème ils feront tout pour pas vous aider
