Ho comprato diverse volte da loro: devo dire di essermi trovato sempre soddisfatto e li ho sempre trovati affidabili, soprattutto nella spedizione. Ci do sempre un’occhiata perché fanno dei prezzi must-buy. Hanno una vasta varietà di prodotti, nuove uscite e una loro collezione.

voglio sottolineare l'ottimo operato e la grande professionalità del servizio clienti, perchè risolve brillantemente (e con tanta pazienza) ogni problema o ritardo eventualmente causato dalle ditte addette alle consegne. Un vero esempio di correttezza, praticità e disponibilità. Rispondono alle email dopo pochi minuti e sempre con enorme cortesia e disponibilità.

Non metto in dubbio il negozio fisico di Milano nel quale non sono mai stato, ma la gestione del negozio online è imbarazzante. A parte i tempi di consegna lunghi, che posso anche accettare, è la gestione del reso che ho trovato vergognosa. Diverse ore affinché una richiesta di reso venga processata e accettata, ma soprattutto, la spedizione, che è a carico dell'acquirente (anche qui, posso tranquillamente accettarla), deve essere gestita in completa autonomia, scegliendo un corriere e pagando di conseguenza una spedizione, con tutte le difficoltà (peso e misure del pacco), la perdita di tempo e, soprattuto, i costi che salgono inevitabilmente quando l'etichetta di reso non è gestita direttamente dal negozio ma dal cliente finale. In conclusione, avevo speso già poco meno di 5 euro per la spedizione (in un locker perché la spedizione a domicilio costava 7,50 euro) e in più ho speso più di 10 euro, da privato, per spedire indietro il pacco. Tra l’altro un eventuale smarrimento del pacco o errore da parte mia in fase di acquisto della spedizione, a questo punto, è immagino completamente al di fuori della loro responsabilità. Insomma di tanti anni di acquisti online è la prima volta che mi capita una gestione dei resi del genere. Mai più.

People from the UK complain about import charges - but it is clearly stated on their website that orders from outside the EU will be subject to charges. That is the buyer's responsibility. If you're from the EU, it will be hassle free!

Tempi di spedizione rispettati, ma la qualità delle scarpe è davvero pessima: cuciture, sagoma e ritaglio pelle, sbavature di colla. Mi viene da pensare che non siano realmente originali.

My shoes arrived in 2 days from Italy to Georgia (US). That is some insane shipping speed!! The shoes were in perfect condition. I will happily buy from OBD again.

People complaining here from the UK about import taxes...blame the government for Brexit and always read the small print.

I ordered from the UK and received my shoes in two days(?!). Happily paid all the required prices, brilliant service and top quality shoes.

Terrible customer service, rude, uninformative and do not care at all about their customers or the experience you will have, especially if you need to return something and are based in the UK. Do not waste your time or money go elsewhere.

UPDATE AFTER REPLY. Your website clearly states that any taxes or customs charges are deducted from the refund amount, nowhere does it say that the customer is responsible for this, I had to email you twice and whatsapp you in order to get the information, it was not clear nor were your customer service staff friendly let alone helpful.

You only asked me to contact them when I asked you what the next steps were, you were incredibly rude and unhelpful and unwilling to help me resolve the situation. I’d also like to point out your faqs are vague and do not cover any return instructions from the UK, it clearly states on your website - if there any taxes or duties these will come off the refund amount. Nowhere does it say the customer is responsible for such costs. Furthermore if you’d received an email from the courier the decent thing to do would be to contact the customer but you didn’t divulge this information on the first 3 attempts when I had tried to contact you. Bottom line is, your customer service department clearly don’t value your customers, they are rude, unwilling to help and I would categorically never ever buy from you again.

You were rude, you didn’t give me any help / advice and were extremely blunt in your responses. It’s funny how you didn’t know what customer it was that it was asking but when I emailed you knew exactly what I was referring to. There is nothing further you can do to resolve this… clearly.

After purchasing the item with delivery to the UK I was told by DHL that my item is arriving in the country and will require customs clearance and I will need to pay an estimated import duty/tax that is GBP £100.75. This was not stated when both item AND delivery was paid for, I am really dissatisfied with this process and I when I tried to contact the company, I was sent an informal, lazy reply stating that it was stated in the faq, which is no where to be seen on their website. I was told the I was meant to pay the import and custom duties.
The price of the import and custom duties as vat was not stated in the checkout page, If this was stated the decision to pay for the item would have been different, I am really disappointed with the lack of clarity that was provided. Having just been on their website again with the same item, I was even told I have received free shipping which further shows how misleading their website is. Do not recommend if you live in the UK.
I now have to pay the £100.75 in full to DHL of my own accord having not received the item at all and not being refunded for the item

Terrible, unprofessional company. On 03/12/24 my parcel was wrongly marked as delivered and signed for, despite the fact that neither myself, nor anyone in my household was home. I raised the issue with their customer service team, and went back and forth with them over the course of the week, providing all necessary proof that I did not receive my items, and that someone had forged my signature. They finally sent in a claim to FedEx on the 11th. I contacted them again on both the 19th and the 30th of December, as I was concerned about how long it was taking, and both times they claimed they were still awaiting a response, and took no further action. The 30th is the last time the got in touch with me. I had to contact my bank myself, and file a claim, as clearly I was not going to get anywhere with the customer support team. I informed them of this on 19/01/25, and today, 26/01/25, I am yet to receive a response. It is their responsibility to reimburse me, and I should not have had to go this route to resolve a situation that was not my fault. I would absolutely not recommend.

(I have marked the date of experience as today, as this situation occurred over the course of the last 54 days, which is ridiculous in and of itself)

£79 import charges from fed ex for my order. when emailing they were very abrupt and rude and had no sympathy whatsoever. regardless of it being in the faq’s people don’t usually read them. the risk of import charges should be warned before purchasing every item. this feels like a way to scam people and get away with it. very unprofessional the way my email was handled. treating your customers correctly should be priority there is no excuse for the absolutely unprofessional and unconcerned response, just appalling

If you’re from the UK DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Spent £280 with one block down and as soon as it arrived in the UK i was hit with a £120 import and duties tax on the product!
