Primera vez que compro y todo perfecto, envío a Canarias de unas converse all star y sin problemas lo único Fedex se puso un poco pesado con la factura pero se la enviaron y llegó sin problema, producto nuevo y comprobado que son originales, un acierto.

Oltre all'esperienza in store che reputo spaziale il sito è realizzato in maniera molto intelligente, servizio clienti efficente, scontistiche accurate.
Da anni tra i miei preferiti.

My experience with One Block Down was almost perfect, but something essential was missing... like my shipping costs! My return was processed smoothly, but those €15 in shipping fees? They mysteriously vanished into the pockets of a courier with expensive tastes.

When I asked where the money went, I was told it wouldn't be refunded because "it was paid to the courier." Ah, of course! Apparently, One Block Down thinks European and Italian laws are optional, even when those laws say they should just give me my shipping costs back. So if you shop here, be prepared—your money might just go on an Italian vacation with no return ticket!

I placed an order on July 18th, 2024, but the package was lost in transit. Unable to reach the seller by phone, I've had to communicate via email. Initially, they directed me to contact TNT, which I did. TNT confirmed the parcel was lost and advised me to follow up with the seller. I requested a refund, but the customer service has been extremely slow, responding once every few days. Each time, they apologize and claim they need to open a case with TNT and are awaiting their response. As of September 2nd, I still haven’t received my order or a refund

meravigliose!! consigliatissimo. ho acquistato da questo sito un po' incerta visto che era la prima volta, ma appena mi sono arrivate le scarpe (esattamente 48 ore dopo), sono rimasta stupita, oltre a essere originali al 100% sono anche migliori di quelle che compri in negozio, una differenza che si nota è che all'interno della scarpa non c'è la solita carta, ma il cartone a forma di scarpa con il logo originale della Nike inciso sopra. che dire comprerò sicuramente altro anche in futuro!

Purchased a Yeti Cooler, for delivery to UK - Ordered Tuesday afternoon, email on Wednesday to advise delivery date Thursday. Nothing but a great experience all round. Will definitely order again given the great prices after exchange rate applied.

I placed an order on 28th March 2024. I live in Canada and I needed the item for a certain occasion. For that reason, I opted for the most expensive courier to expedite my order. Furthermore, their website mentions on the shipping FAQs section that items would be shipped the next business day. 4+ business day now. No shipping info. I sent an email on 4th April stating clearly that my order is time sensitive and that if it’s not possible to ship it by the following business day, I kindly request a refund.

Their agent replied saying that the two items I ordered are arriving from two different warehouses that’s why it’s taking time. I do understand that but this “possibility” wasn’t mentioned at all on the website. Moreover, the customer service agent chose to IGNORE my refund request. I’m writing this review on a Friday night and the item hasn’t shipped. With Saturday and Sunday following, this item wouldn’t be shipped until Monday 8th April AT BEST ( 11 days after I placed the order).

I asked for a refund in an email and I was ignored. Now I’m asking you here kindly on a public platform: CAN YOU PLEASE REFUND MY ORDER?

It’s impossible that the items would arrive on time now and the items are not needed anymore. Thank you in advance.

Prima esperienza di acquisto,con qualche diffidenza date alcune recensioni non troppo entusiastiche, invece ho trovato con molto piacere qualità, convenienza e velocità! In 2 giorni dall'ordine ho già le scarpe ai piedi. Completamente soddisfatto!

Tutto perfetto! Non capisco come mai ci sia un punteggio così basso, probabilmente le recensioni vengono fatte spesso da chi ha avuto un qualche problema.
Direi che sono molto professionali, ho ordinato delle New Balance, anche a buon prezzo, e nel giro di pochi giorni mi sono arrivate puntualissime, con almeno tre email di aggiornamento sul tracking del pacco.
Non so cosa aspettarsi di più da questa esperienza!

Ho acquistato le Air Force l 11 dicembre 2023 il regalo di Natale per mia figlia. Ho sbagliato il numero le ho prese troppo grandi e che potevo fare il reso entro il mese, il 27 dicembre inizio a provare, ho inviato 5 mail nessuna risposta. Nel loro link non è possibile farlo e non tispondono alle mail. Azienda non seria. Buttato via soldi ma soprattutto mia figlia non ha il suo regalo di natale.

Io sto ancora aspettando una risposta, la consegna era prevista per il 22/12 ma non è arrivato niente. Ho scritto, ho cercato di contattare anche DHL più di una volta ma nessuna risposta. Ho riprogrammato la consegna per il 27/12 e spero vivamente che arrivi!!!
