They helped me migrate from Klaviyo to Omnisend, contacts, email templates, automations, everything. I've been with them for over a month now, and no regrets so far. Sure, they might lack a few features compared to Klaviyo, but those are mostly minor ones, and some are already in the works. Honestly, I don't feel like I'm missing anything, and I'm paying less.

Avoid Omnisend – Unprofessional and Arbitrary Account Bans
We spent hours setting up campaigns, automations, and API integrations with Omnisend for our new ecommerce store, only to have our account suddenly deactivated without any clear reason. Initially, we were told we violated their Terms of Use, which we knew wasn’t true—especially since we hadn’t even sent a single marketing email yet. After pushing for clarity, we received a vague follow-up stating that no specific violation occurred, but that they still chose to deny access without explanation.
We don't do shady business. We are your average European online clothing store.
This kind of behavior is unprofessional, opaque, and damaging—especially to small businesses trying to get off the ground. We were left without access, without support, and without any accountability from their side. If you value your time, data, and business continuity, look elsewhere. Omnisend is not a reliable partner.

After conducting an internal review, we found that your account was mistakenly flagged during our initial verification process. Our systems are designed to detect patterns that may indicate suspicious activity, but in this case, they triggered a false positive. We now recognize that your store is legitimate, and the restriction placed on your account was an error on our part.
We know how damaging a disruption like this can be, especially for small businesses in their early stages, and we take full responsibility. We are actively revisiting our internal procedures to prevent legitimate businesses from being inadvertently affected in the future.

Esse é o poir software de email marketing que já usei qualquer alteraçãozinha que fizer no seu email, já fica bloqueado e não consegue mais fazer nada. É por obrigação usar o modelo que já lhe atribuiram, e sendo sincero é muito horrivél. Melhorem a parte de edição de email. Um bom email tem que ter um bom design não é só pegar e largar.

I had a scammer bot test credit cards…
I had a scammer bot test credit cards on my store checkout. They made 57 orders before I caught what was happening. Because there is an order against the customer name in Shopify, I can't delete the account, so the email keeps getting synced to Omnisend. Dilara was so kind to me (I was very upset) and while the problem comes from Shopify, so the syncing can't be disabled, Dilara helped me to do what we can. I set them to unsubscribed on the Shopify side, which updated in Omnisend, so at least they are not part of any flows, or counting to my subscriber count.
The whole Omnisend support team are always so kind, and do what they can to help. Even when there's no solution to the problem, they always try to find the closest thing possible to make the situation better. And no question is considered stupid, or too small to ask. I've never felt so well-supported by any service provider before.
