Customer Service is a SCAM! I requested a refund and was repeatedly directed on "how to cancel my subscription" with no mention of my refund. I explained that I already canceled but that I am requesting a refund and was AGAIN told how to cancel my subscription without providing information on how to receive my refund (from Leonardo, who I have seen mentioned in other reviews so I'm assuming its an AI bot). Instead of replying, I submitted a new email to customer service hoping to get another person and I have not received a response. Beware ordering from a company that does not offer a phone number for customer service. I am about to file a fraud complaint.

Update: I filed a fraud alert with my bank the same day I wrote this review and suddenly I have a refund. If you want your money back you have to fight for it. Don’t believe the “mix up” they are trying to say. I was very clear in my multiple emails that I was requesting a refund. Shame on companies that treat their customers like this.

It seems that Leonardo, is not interested in resolving this issue or continuing to email me. He was 1-2 emails a day until I got the the reply that they received my return order. I asked why I was only receiving 51.00 in return to my original repayment when they charged me $118.00 originally for a recurring subscription they know I never signed up for. I checked several times to insure I was not signed up for a recurring shipment. THEY SENT ME CORRESPONDENCE that I had NO RECURRING SHIPMENT. One was billed to me and came to my house anyway. They offered $51.00 as a refund for a product I didn’t order and charged me $116.00. This is no way to do business. I am sending this to Trust Pilot and also Reddit as tens of thousands of buyers research what real people experience when they shop on line using Reddit and Trust Pilot. I have no faith anything will come of the inadequacy of my return, but I’ll repost if I hear anything.

Make the subscription an obvious option. IF people want to sign up.
And then make the cancellation process easier to access and stop.
Seems like a huge scam to me.

I have been trying to solve a return to sender issue with a subscription shipment for over a month. I have a never-ending email cycle that is obviously with an AI bot. If this is read by a real human connected to the company, I would like a contact phone number to speak to a real human. I do not have any product and I am out $123, both of those are completely unacceptable. My next step is going to the BBB. I am appalled that no one has fixed this.

Despite the fact that someone responded here I did as was requested and emailed the address given. I provided screenshots and context and asked for a supervisor to review and handle. It's been over two weeks and I've heard nothing.

Please don't waste your time and energy with this company. My issue is several months running with no resolution. I've never been so disappointed.

I ordered this and I was excited about it until it arrived and it was one giant blob. The packaging is no good. All the little cubes turned into one giant blob so it’s unusable. I have tried everything to get through to this company and I don’t like putting up bad reviews, but this is ridiculous. Then they have the audacity to go back into my account and charge me for another one. They mailed that one. I was home when it came. I threw it right in the refrigerator so when will I see my money back on two items that are no good. Please advise. 08/2026

The shopping experience was seamless! Great job. I have not received my product yet and my emails tell me they made an attempt at my mailbox but couldn’t get in to place the product. UPS. Our neighborhood mailboxes come in 4 clusters and my cluster is broken. I hope UPS will deliver to the post office or drive down a few houses and deliver it to me instead of returning it to you. I don’t want to wait any longer! Help Or advise please.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I received several shipments. I attempted to make a change to my subscription, the site states I have no subscription. I emailed customer service several times since they conveniently have no phone number indicated anywhere. The chat bot answered every single email by providing a link to my account, when you click the link it states I have no subscription therefore cannot make changes or cancel. Horrible customer service, at this point this is fraud. Product does nothing waste of money, waste of time.

Just received my first order of the watermelon flavor. I know I ordered the new peach flavor, because I discussed it with my husband, who also does not like the watermelon taste. Although customer service responded to me stating my order was for watermelon, I believe the website order automatically defaulted from peach to watermelon. Maybe they were getting a run on peach orders,but the attitude of ‘Nick’ truly was less than acceptable for a new customer. It was basically’ too bad, too sad” from his perspective. I know what i ordered! So triple check and check again if you order.
Besides their pathetic customer care, I find the texture to be gross and pretty disgusting. I let the first one melt, then swallowed. The second one I divided into 4 pieces and swallowed like pills. Whether it really works remains to be seen. I likely will have to find an alternative product with a better gummy consistency and potency, and a MUCH better customer experience! Buyer beware!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The first order I got, all the gummies were melted and stuck together. The second order I received, I had to pay much more for it. They were melted together just by feeling the package. I have been trying to get in touch with them to get my refund for the past 3 weeks, and they keep giving me the runaround.

I disliked being enrolled automatically for every four weeks. I just sent you an email to make it every 6 weeks. There should be a way to state how often someone wishes the product.

I also don't like continuing with FB, google, etc.

Well, not one single person mentioned if they saw any difference in their jiggly arms or hanging skin after they lost weight. The only thing people are talking about is Customer Service whether they like it or they don’t. People wanna know if the product works. And also people mentioned they’re sending three bags and want to send another shipment in four weeks which is way too quick and it’s hard when you want to cancel the subscription because Customer Service doesn’t get back to you. Why doesn’t everyone just order it on Amazon. Their returns are smooth and as long as it’s within 30 days, there’s no questions asked. That’s a no-brainer.

The web site was easy to use! Made it great!
