Do not book whatsoever - they are scammers who take your money and do not book you in for your spa weekend!!! I made a booking for an anniversary present and they fail to communicate with me to book me in! I still have not been and I am £300 out of pocket!

Didn’t want to select one star for this awful company but seems I had to to write this review! OMGhotels.com has to be stopped!We were supposed to be in London today and like many other people we paid for and didn’t receive our hotel voucher and Theatre Ticket. Had booked train from Edinburgh to London had also pre booked restaurants. All had to be cancelled. We received an email yesterday from Emily?? saying that vouchers would be sent immediately. That never happened! All phone and chat line unavailable. Do these people have a conscience? Terrible experience. Please spread the word not to use this company

The worst ever company I know
They took from me £301.10 when I booked what I thought was a hotel and theatre break. No notifications and the only email I received was to upgrade the hotel to a closer hotel near the theatre
Little did I know after taking £49.00 extra they cancelled the booking at the hotel and I never received any theatre tickets.
After much investigation, they are still trading, they have changed websites from the activity superstore and I am now fighting to retrieve my money
Emails have been sent ,,nothing back
Social media posts sent, nothing
A requested phone call via there online chat ,, nothing
Now today no chat facility

I would leave 0 stars if I could SCAM AVOID!! Absolute shambles of a company we booked 2 night stay in hotel with theatre tickets for London, no hotel or theatre ticket voucher recieved 48hours before so contacted OMG concierge email multiple times, tried chat function and the contact number all of which are out of service!! Still no acknowledgement, called the hotel who we supposedly had a booking with 48hours before when we hadn’t received the voucher n they said it had been cancelled by hotel beds who omg must be also operating under! Disgusting! Scamming hard working people off their money! Looked forward to this trip for over 12 months down in London to see Coldplay! Please don’t fall for this company we’ve now had to fork out another £300 for alternative hotel I am disgusted and won’t be letting this lie! I will be seeking legal action and I suggest everyone else does the same!

We hadn't recieved our voucher from omg hotels tried to contact via email on Tuesday , Wednesday x3 and Thursday x3 we tried all the contact no I had found on line none would connect my partner rung the hotel we was due to stay and stated the hotel had been cancel in March by OMG we had no contact to make aware we were due to drive to Leeds on Friday morning good job we called hotel this is disgusting treatment from this company

Decided to ring hotel prior to arriving due to previous review and hotel advised third party had cancelled booking we never ever received theatre tks either , hotel advised need to go direct to omg hotels for refund however yet to still receive any acknowledgment and no telephone numbers are in use do not use waste of £650 company needs reporting ripping people off also operating under hotel beds

We booked a West End Theatre show and meal at the Hard Rock Café with OMGhotels for 10/05/24 and paid £30 extra for the Saturday supplement.

On 09/05/24 OMGhotels contacted us to say that there was a problem with the booking, and offered to rebook plus a complimentary £80 gift voucher as part compensation for their error.

We then requested an alternative date, which passed without any reply.

We then requested a second alternative date, and again received no reply despite sending 8 emails over a 12 week period.

The OMGhotels contact details by phone or web portal are both unavailable / delisted so you cannot contact them by any other medium other than email, which they do not respond to.

As at 03/09/25 OMGhotels have still not provided the experience which cost £164, nor refunded the £30 supplement paid, or sent the £80 compensation voucher, or replied to our multiple requests to rebook or sort this situation out.

My only recommendation is not to use them at all.

There's too much to write on here about how horrendous this experience has been (and still ongoing). I was promised a refund on 6th Aug (I have this in writing on email), but to date still have not received the refund. Throughout it all, I have been in email dialogue with Emily Smiley (Team Manager), Frannie Jenkins (Senior Booking Manager), but as soon as I'm now chasing where my refund is, it's all of a sudden gone silent! I've also messaged David Evans (Director), he's also totally ignored my message. If he's ignoring me, what hope have I got getting a response from his staff! All in all, terrible service, this company should be ashamed of themselves.

We booked a 4* Hotel and Theatre Experience through an Activity Superstore voucher at a cost of £278.99, bought via Amazon so assumed would be reputable and decent. Activated the voucher on their website, they then outsourced to OMG Hotels, and we awaited email confirmation back in January 2025. This was received promptly with all the details, and they offered upgrade options for the hotel and the theatre tickets.

I upgraded the hotel at a cost of £99 and the theatre tickets at £49 pp, so spent an additional £197 on upgrades, bringing the total trip to £475.99 for a 4* hotel and stall seats to the Devil Wears Prada on Bank Holiday Monday, 25th August 2025, for my birthday. They confirmed all this in a ‘Booking Confirmation’ email received on 30th April 2025.

Since it was Bank Holiday, we waited patiently and still had not received the hotel voucher or theatre tickets by the Friday 22nd August, so emailed to check they would be received, they did not reply. We had separately booked another hotel and shows for the weekend so, whilst in London, we visited the hotel they confirmed had been booked and they had no reservation in my name. We went to the Dominion Theatre who confirmed no reservation in my name for tickets to the show either.

Received an email from OMG Hotels at 4am on Monday 25th August 2025 claiming an issue with the hotel booking and saying we could wait until 10am or they would re-arrange for another date with a bunch of freebies. I sent them a screenshot of the hotel we requested having rooms available on another booking platform, and that if the hotel was the issue, could I get the theatre tickets sent, and a refund on the hotel.

We received no replies from OMG Hotels since then and no refund. We booked an extra night in the hotel we were in and booked tickets to the show on an app last minute. We have escalated to Activity Superstore and Amazon for refunds, with OMG Hotels ignoring us completely now. I have escalated the transactions with my CC provider for a refund.

Avoid using this company as they clearly scam you, getting you to upgrade and pay extra before they do not bother booking anything and claim IT or Provider issues which are clear lies.

Complete scam . No voucher . No refund. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

omg is a scam we bought a hotel/theatre break , sevral emails ignored the day before the stay we travelled to london& the hotel had been cancelled, the only email they responded to was about an upgrade which they then would rob even more money from you FO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM

If I could I would not give an one star!!! Had a wowcher voucher brought us for a night stay at a hotel and theatre in London. All started of well with the booking with OMG hotel.com. We decided on the show we wanted to see but the hotel they allocated to us was to far away from the theatre. We emailed OMG if we could get a hotel nearer the theatre. The same day they replied with other hotels. We decided on the one we wanted with an upgrade of £80 which we paid. OMG replied straight away to confirm theatre and upgraded hotel booked. Email stated that if you had received your vouchers for hotel and theatre not to get in touch until 48hrs before our arrival in London. Not received any more emails from the day our break was confirmed. We emailed OMG 48hrs before our leaving stating we had not received our vouchers and could they make sure they emailed them to us ASAP. Still no reply off OMG Hotel. We phoned the hotel direct to see if we had ever had been a reservation booked for us. They replied yes which was the same day that we paid for the upgrade BUT was CANCELLED 3 days later. So we had NO hotel and No tickets for the show. BE WARNED DO NOT USE OMG Hotel. The booking was made 7 months and not heard a single word from them. The last 48 hours have been so STRESSFUL trying to get in touch with them before our planned visit to London. SOMEONE SOMEWHERE IS MAKING A LOT OF MONEY SCAMMING INNOCENT PEOPLE.

The night before our trip to watch Tina Turner we received an email to say our hotel was now unavailable after trying to get confirmation by emailing continuously and was getting concerned as we had not received any tickets etc. and it was now the night before our experience . we recieved an email saying our hotel was no longer available.
I was given two choices:

Take the trip as planned and hope OMG would book us an alternative hotel, or

Cancel the trip and rebook at later date.
With this option we were offered
Two course dining and a drink at Hard Rock Cafe
A theatre ticket upgrade
A £100 gift voucher
Entry to the Tower of London (I could not get a refund from them)
We took this option and Emily Smiley asked us to provide three dates in order of preference when we were available.I hve resubmited new dates a few days later by email to Emily
, I responded to the Email address but as yet have not heard anything to this and two further Emails.
I am very annoyed about this.
OMG owe me 1 night upgraded hotel accomodation, I attraction, compensation as promised.I am very frustrated and angry that noone is returning my emails and no contact number works.

Still no refund, after emailing every day for three weeks . Telephone number provided is dead . Tried emailing accounts - Nothing . It is like I do not exist .
Is there no one able to respond to all of the customers on this site who have lost money , or are you scammers now sat on a beach spending our money !

I have been trying to contact for 7 weeks with no response to use our voucher which we received as a wedding present from my in-laws. Our first booking was cancelled a week before as they forgot to actually book our show despite us receiving confirmation it was booked. They offered to extend our expiry date but as yet, ONE YEAR later I have still been unable to book anything as every time we have dates to try and book, we get no response and then get told we need to give at least 3 weeks notice - which we have been giving months but its taken that long to come back to us. If someone does actually read these reviews, please respond!

We are currently in london arrived yesterday to see the lion king performance today at 2.30. We booked a package to stay in a hotel for 2 nights and VIP tickets to the lion king performance. We were emailed our hotel voucher and told we would receive our theatre tickets within 24 hours of the show. This morning have received an email to say the wrong date was booked for our tickets and this cannot be amended as their is now no availability for today's show. I have checked today's show and there are tickets still available so this is not true .we have travelled from Scotland specifically to see the show and this is very disappointing. We have been offered to take the trip again at another date however due to other reviews and what has happened I would not trust travelling again that the exact same thing would not happen . I would avoid this company

Was given theatre tickets and dining package as a gift. Company finally advised 10pm night before that they had booked the theatre tickets for the wrong date.

Not ideal given that we had already had to travel. Highly doubt we'll get a refund given the other reviews I've now seen.

Booking was made for VIP experience for a show and I upgraded my hotel which was an additional cost, and no vouchers received. I called the hotel to check if I was booked in and they confirmed I was, but was then subsequently cancelled soon after. Emails state not to chase until 48hrs before, I had concerns so chased 120hrs before to then be told the day before there was an error with hotel booking system and theatre had released my tickets. Appears this happens to alot of people! Ive then be offered to watch the show with added extras etc to which I've declined as I had 1 week off and had to arrange to watch the show at an additional expenditure to myself. They refuse refunds even though there the ones that cancelled the experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You will be severely disappointed. I am now escalating this and involving those necessary to get my full money back that I am entitled to. Absolute scam artists - you have been warned!

OMG Hotels – Shockingly Poor Service and Broken Promises 🚫

If you’re considering booking with OMG Hotels, save yourself the stress and money — this was the worst experience we’ve ever had with a travel provider.

We booked a theatre and hotel package nearly two years ago, specifically to see Mrs Doubtfire and stay in a 4-star hotel for two nights. The voucher lasted two full years, and yet when we finally tried to book, we were abruptly informed that Mrs Doubtfire was “no longer available.” At no point had they warned us this might happen. They did replace the tickets with another show, but it wasn’t what we wanted, and it wasn’t what we paid for.

Things only got worse from there. In May, we received confirmation of the hotel we’d be staying at — and again on the Wednesday before our July trip, they sent us a hotel voucher confirming the booking. So imagine our shock when we turned up at the hotel on Friday at 11:15am to be told OMG Hotels had cancelled our booking earlier that week — with no prior notice.

Worse still, they refused to speak over the phone and only communicated via email. At 11:28am — after we’d already arrived — they contacted us to say there was a “problem” with the hotel and it was now full, so they’d moved us two miles away to a different part of London. When we spoke to the original hotel, they told us there was space, but OMG Hotels had cancelled because the price was too expensive for them — despite us already having paid! They kept outr money for 2 months and had not actually made our booking - although they sent me confirmation!

So now we’re stuck, bags in hand, having to relocate across London with zero warning. While we battled through emails trying to resolve the mess, we missed several pre-booked excursions — losing even more money and wasting precious holiday time. The kicker? OMG Hotels offered us a £50 “goodwill” voucher. How is that goodwill when we’ve already lost far more? And why on earth would we ever use their service again?

The whole experience felt disorganised, dismissive, and exploitative. We will absolutely be pursuing monetary compensation, and strongly urge others to stay away. If i could have given this 0 stars, I would have!
