Customer service is absolutely terrible.
Customer service is absolutely terrible. The product was not as advertised and the customer service person was rude and did not return phone calls as she promised. She blamed a third party drop shipper for the incorrect product description and refused to take any responsibility for the false advertising. It took multiple phone calls and emails for the issue to be resolved. A refund was eventually sent to my credit card company but I as never given a return shipping label. Final email suggested that I could do whatever I wanted with the item. Unbelievably poor attitude from customer service on behalf of OMAC . BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Simple. Secure. Cost Effective Alternative
Allow me to preface this comment by saying, this is the first crossbar accessory I have ever purchased. I cannot compare it to Thule or Yakima.
That said, it was easy enough to install and it is secure. That’s the most important thing.
I’m not sure what Thule or Yakima offers that OMAC doesn’t and for the price, OMAC was the best option.

Locating the product and ordering is a simple process. The rails I received are quality and look good. I am currently waiting for a response regarding a refund to reorder the correct fit for my vehicle. The error was on my part; be sure you know the wheelbase of your vehicle.Once the refund and reordering is done I would gladly give a 5 star rating!

Good company/janky product
Customer service/shipping time were great, product is pretty janky. I had to modify them to get the roof racks to be solid they were loose and rattling around prior to me drilling them and adding stainless screws through the rails into the brackets.

Have not received my package I called…
Have not received my package I called them to let them know and asked if they can resend another one and lady said they can’t until the package arrives back at their warehouse I’m 4 days past the delivery date and still no package and tracking doesn’t provide much help either I’m disappointed in this transaction
