Don't waste your money!
The hood bra I bought for my van was of extremely poor quality, the material was junk. Customer service was on par with quality of the product.

Very poor instruction manual.
Ordering was easier and the product was delivered in a timely manner. One complaint I have is that the instructions were very, very poorly written. There were no instructions that showed where the location of each part should be. For example, one of the rails is shorter than the other. The instructions did not show which one should be placed to the front of the vehicle and which one to the rear. Same problem with some of the other parts. I had to figure it out by trail and error.

Total assembly required but good quality roof rack
It's a total self-assembly but product is of good quality. Make sure to secure all parts during install as you will be asked to pay $20 for 'access' to a 'replacement parts site' if any lost, damaged or stolen🤔

I purchased running boards for my 2023…
I purchased running boards for my 2023 Hyundai Tucson Limited, but the company sent brackets for a 2020 Hyundai Tucson NX4. When I took my car to the Hyundai dealership to have them installed, the mechanics confirmed the brackets were incorrect and didn’t fit my model.
When I called the seller to explain the issue, they insisted that their system showed the brackets fit my vehicle. I even had the dealership take pictures to prove they didn’t fit. The dealership expressed frustration, saying they’re tired of wholesalers selling the wrong parts and not knowing the correct part numbers. Very disappointing experience overall.

Shipment came in on time
Shipment came in on time. I ordered mats for my 2025 Hyundai Kona EV, and they fit super nice. Quality is a good flexible rubber material. The only thing I would like is for the mats to be able to clip onto the original hooks made for the carpeted rugs that came with the car.
