At that time, we provided the estimated timeframe, and you chose to wait for the parts to become available.
Once we received the end caps from the manufacturer, we notified you that the parts had been shipped to you. After receiving the shipment, you contacted us regarding additional parts that you believed were still missing. We did respond to your messages and also spoke with you by phone regarding the situation.

We would like to clarify that we received your returned running boards on September 3, 2026, and the return was inspected. We were prepared to proceed with your refund; however, there is currently an active chargeback open with your bank for this same transaction.

Poor rack fitment and poor communication
I ordered a roof rack “designed” to fit my 2013 Lexus CT200H…it did not fit at all and vital parts to secure the rack to the roof repeatedly came loose while I attempted to install it. I requested to return the rack and the cargo box I ordered in addition to the rack. My return was approved, but OMAC customer service/AI generated notification service refused to send two shipping labels for the two items. I was forced to tape the packages together in the FedEx and am hoping they don’t get lost in the mail.

Poor shipping customer service
I keep getting asked for a review for product that was never received. Customer service seems to think I need to be patient instead of finding a way to remedy the situation. Had I seen a similar review left here I probably would not have ordered, so now I wait with no merchandise and out the money I spent. Hopefully this will help someone else.
