If I could give a 0 star review I would!
Queried a return which is still in the packaging unused, unopened which in their returns policy is acceptable! They have tried to tell me that I can't return it unless damaged or faulty!
Avoid this firm at all costs bunch of scamming people.
This try and avoid messages constantly. Taken way longer than it should have to get hold of them and have 0 contact number to phone them direct so they can avoid the conflict. Pathetic place and would never order from them again!

Absolutely horrific service, they are lying rotten thieves, still waiting for my refund 2 months later, their site should be taken down and investigated .

It's a con. 5 days after paying for priority despatch, nothing has arrived. If you try to download the delivery tracking app, it generates so many red flags Norton blocks download. There is a corner of he'll for these cnuts

Do not buy from this company!! The quality and sizing is not good. We received shirts where you could see a different size label had been cut out. To return the items I have been given an address in China and told it has to be sent via Royal Mail international tracked. Went to the post office today and the cost was £26!! Not happy at all considering they sent us the wrong size 😡

What an unpleasant company to deal with...saw a jacket ..looked lovely...oh london based...won't take too long as needed for wedding!!! A month it took and its cheap shit from China...material was horrible and if you want to sent it back ..guess where it has to go ....yes China!!! If you are thinking of buying from this company..think again....wish I had read some of the reviews before hand

Absolutely worst quality ever, opened up the bag with shoes in and the chemical stench was horrendous. The tops have no labels including how to wash, dry, iron. Sent an email back wanting a full refund but heard nothing. Stay clear of this lot. Such a scam.

Garment is not as marketed. They should say that they use printed designs rather than a truly knitted garment.

Please do not buy from this company they are pathetic con men.... Yet again they reply to this review but do not answer e mails for refunds... Horrible people!!!!!!

Would not even give them a one star, they are worse than that. The products from this company are substandard and definitely not like the pictures. I ordered a pink pattern cardigan and it was awful, cheap and nasty, I will not be buying from them again, I would recommend that no one else buys from them either. I had to wait weeks and they would not answer my emails. It was probably from China, very bad quality, I wish I had read the reviews first before ordering from them. Take my advice and don’t order anything from this company.

My "knitted cardigan" finally arrived today after a long wait. It's absolutely NOT what I ordered. It's way too big and it's a photo of the wool version printed on cheap material...it's certainly not a knitted item as advertised. I saw an item on TV recently saying exactly this about Olyndra London so I was half expecting that I'd been well and truly conned too..and sure enough I was. Do not buy from Olyndra London.. Chinese con artists. If I could give a lower score it would minus zero. I expect they will tell me to contact their customer support.. it doesn't exist any more than my wollen knitted cardigan does.

Awful delivery delay despite paying for priority despatch service. Terrible customer service when trying to find out the reason for the delivery delay. Not a company I would ever buy from again.

Iam beginning to spot these Chinese scams, thanks to others who have posted here, saved from being ripped off. Why does YouTube allow these fraudsters? No due diligence? Is that a British actor or is this AI?

Extremely poor company - they are not london based, but actually chinese.
I've raised a dispute via paypal to try to get my money back for goods not received.
Buy from this company at your peril.

I did buy shoes from them,and so for so good, what catches people is the word London,or so I thought probably china my shoes definitely seemed to be on a slow boat from china, they take ages to arrive, and relplys from e mails are about three days behind.

This company needs naming and shaming. I ordered a cashmere jumper for £38.99 in a lovely dark rich purple colour in XL
The item that arrived was not cashmere, it was probably a size XXS, it was a washed out mauve colour,i paid extra for express delivery, it took 9 days to arrive.
I initiated their returns procedure on the day i recieved the item, i sent numerous emails and photos.
They then stated that the '14 day returns window' had expired
Thank goodness i paid through Paypal who took over when i was getting nowhere
The alarming thing is that their advertising is slick and believable

The firm is based in London, but the goods are sent from China. Returns must be sent to China at high cost. My jacket did not fit, and it was not worth returning it. Olyndra offered 15% discount, but it never arrived even though Olyndra claimed it had. Olyndra took so long in replying to emails that Paypal could not intervene as the claim was out of time.
Clearly they are simply out to get our money.
It beats me how these people manage to stay in business.

No doubt they will say 'contact us' in reply, but they will ignore the contact.

Do not buy from Olyndra London! This company completely misleads its customers. They present themselves as a premium UK-based brand, but in reality, they ship low-quality, cheap items directly from China.
I ordered a sweater advertised as "pure cashmere," but received a 100% synthetic garment instead. When I requested a return, they tried to stall the process by offering me a ridiculous 20% partial refund to keep the item. When I refused, they sent me a return address in China and refused to provide a prepaid shipping label, making the return process nearly impossible and extremely expensive.
This is an absolute scam and a textbook case of "product not as described." Avoid at all costs!

Happy with purchase quality item

I ordered a couple of items from Olyndra (order #84921) and they took two weeks to arrive, so that I was away when they were delivered.
The website says returns must be requested within fourteen days of delivery. Once I had established that the size was too small I requested a return on the tenth day after delivery.
On the thirteenth day after delivery, 'Claire M' from Olyndra customer service (or support) emailed me saying "Unfortunately, the 14-day return window has now passed, so we are unable to approve a return for a full refund or provide a return label."
Either they can't count or the majority of Trustpilot reviews are correct, and Olyndra is not to be trusted.
And all this 'London' stuff is rubbish - the return address, should you be enabled to proceed, is in China.

I am genuinely disappointed with this company. My order of the shoes firstly took so long to deliver. It turns out to be a cheap Chinese import. The shoes are nowhere near as advertised. Terrible construction. To add salt to the wounds the wrong size was delivered which I brought to the attention of Olyandra immediately. I ordered and paid for size 8.5 uk which is Europe 42.5. I received size 9 uk which is Europe 43. They do not fit well at all. Again after waiting 4 days i got a reply offering 80% store credit. I refused and a few days later was offered a 10% refund. Or return the shoes at my expense and again wait god knows how long for a refund. Olyndra is in fundamental breach of contract but refuse to do the right thing. I can return the shoes but the least they can do is send me a prepaid posting label.
Sorry for the long post just feel customers need to know what to expect.
