Very poor quality product and misleading advertising and description. Refund would only be given if I paid return postage and they would then decide if a refund was approved! Instead I opted for a 15% refund which is the maximum they give! I have been waiting for 2 months for the refund. They gave various excuses for the delay then changed their story and said it had been sent. It has not so I have register a dispute with PayPal. Do not use this company without reading reviews first.

I found the experience well. Got replies to my emails very quickly.

This company is unscrupulous. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING.
I asked for refund details which they keep ignoring. They 'very kindly' said I could keep my order or gift it to someone else and they would give me 75% off another order. NO WAY! The shoes I ordered were too big and cheaply made. Disgusting. I will be highlighting their practices in main stream media including TV.

I ordered two pairs of their luxury finished shoes, I waited more than two weeks for them. They arrived in plastic bags rather than shoe boxes and as a result, the shoes were squashed. The leather and finish was cheap. I contacted them asking for a return label because I did not feel I should be financially disadvantaged by them. They took two weeks to respond saying the do not pay for returns, but I could have an 80% discount on any other product . I wrote back explaining that I did nothing t trust the quality of their goods. They still refused to give me a return label and offered me a discount as an alternative. I will report them to the consumer protection authority and I want everyone to know that these are not a Uk company. I refuse to pay the return postage. They have a duty of care to provide the goods as advertised, if they fail to do this I’m entitled to a full refund and should not be disadvantaged.
If the company reads this know that I intend to continue chasing until you do the right thing and pay for the return of your goods. Why should I pay almost the same to return you substandard shoes leaving me out of pocket and you with your goods which you can sell on to someone else. This is dishonest and as with everyone that has left a one star review, if you continue, we will make sure that the word is spread about your con.

So this company did not refund my 15%. They want proof from the bank to further. The bank has said it didn't refund it. So I have asked Olyndra for evidence they sent it ...... not a unreasonable request compared to how they operate......... I await a reply after 6 days no reply. Trust pilot usually gets a reply quickly. Doubt they can confirm this one though.

I gave one star because there wasn’t the option to give lower than that. Absolutely shocking customer service, I ordered from Facebook (lesson learnt, will never do it again)!! I have to wear orthotic insoles and these shoes seemed perfect so I bought two pairs. They took ages to arrive and when they were delivered, I didn’t receive a notification that they had been put in my safe place so didn’t know for a couple of days. I tried them on but they didn’t work with the insoles that I have to wear for medical reasons. I contacted them as I had bought them knowing that there was a 30 day money back guarantee. Apparently you have to notify them within 14 days if you want a refund, although they didn’t put that on that advert, I was on day 16. They offered me 15% instant refund ( which is an insult), or an 80 % credit to but something else from them (which is also likely to be unsuitable). I have had a flurry of emails explaining why this is not acceptable and I’ve asked to speak to senior management, at which point I am now being ignored. Avoid like the plague and use your hard earned money on a reputable company, it may cost you about more but it’s far less stressful!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! Do not be tempted to buy from this company, they deliberately misrepresent themselves by the name they chose, they are a Chinese company and a bad one at that. I ordered the Eleanor cardigan because it looked lovely in the photos and it strongly suggested it came, was manufactured from London. When it eventually arrived the only resemblance was in the colour, it was cheap, shoddy material, badly made and generally horrible. I am now in the process of trying to get my money back but judging from other reviews which I've read I will have a fight on my hands!

Ordered 2 items which the quality was fine but the fit didn’t suit.
Despite website stating 30 day return policy, you have to request return within 14 days of receipt and then insist a return is return required after they offers to keep items and to find you need to ship back to China (£25 for small package) which turned out to be prohibitive.
Company name misleading - no connections with London.

Well l ordered my shoes on the 2nd of June for my holiday on the 24th of June, I returned on the 12th of July and still not had my shoes ,think ill let PayPal get my money back

This company is Awful!
Delivery is Appauling , even though I paid for Priority Delivery.
They dont answer emails, & one of the shoes is poorly finised & would be very uncomfortable to wear.
Iv'e given up waiting for a response to my Numerous emails & requested a Cash Back from my credit card company.

Much same as others looked.like a London based Company so ordered nope.paid for.priprity delivery into 2 weeks so now know.China this is scamming British people.into believing its a British company fraudulent!! Still not arrived and they use Everi who are slow and been known to loose parcels not impressed with this company at all

This company is an absolute scam. Placed an order before reading the reviews, I know, my fault. I have asked to cancel the order only to be told that it cannot be cancelled due to them getting my order ready for shipment.

They're quick to respond to enquiries but absolutely rubbish at replying to their customer service enquiries and I believe they take so long so that the process then cannot be stopped.

Paid for a good looking jacket and what I received was a cheap sweatshop thing with a broken zip,my return requests have been completely ignored so do not contemplate doing buiseness with these scammers

The cardigan is rubbish I’ve waited 2 weeks for it turn up and it’s rubbish it’s going back -rubbish

Pay for priory delivery? Then don’t wait up. Don’t order if you want delivery in less than 2 weeks.
Website said free delivery with Royal Mail but delivered through Evri.
Evri delivery driver was nice enough though so can’t blame them. He gets 5 stars for being pleasant :)
I suppose you get what you pay for.
I bought a similar looking pair from Slaters and paid double price BUT ten times quality and came next day.

Sent for a cardigan from this firm it arrived omg I could have cried it was massive and the material was not wool but a horrible polyester type material that felt terrible tried to get in touch but no answer. Just looked on trust pilot and saw all the reviews and of course like everyone says .ive been scammed its not right and not fair on elderly people. Like myself aged 82yrs. Thinking we were getting a nice cardigan

Goods arrived in an appalling condition . Tatty , dirty and the wrong size with no product labels attached . I’ve tried to contact the company , even sent them pictures as requested , at first received a response but then nothing despite numerous attempts . Total waste of money . Please do not use . I intend to report to my credit card company .

When tracking delivery I was starting to feel hopeful when it showed it’s in Derby, (I’m in Scotland), this morning it’s showing it’s been to Leicester overnight, and the latest just now it’s in Heathrow. When asking Olyndra on their Facebook app my comments are being removed, I am guessing all the reviews on the ad are fake ones and can only presume now I’ve been conned! I can’t even email them anymore as they’re not accepting my messages. So much for their ‘delivery is 5 days’.
July 3rd my order was being processed. It’s a joke!

I have already contacted support a couple of times, is this a standard response you send to everyone? I want my refund since the order now shows it’s on its way back to China, I’m not waiting a moment longer, ask support to contact me with a promise I am told my money is returned back to me.

Queried a return which is still in the packaging unused, unopened which in their returns policy is acceptable! They have tried to tell me that I can't return it unless damaged or faulty!
Avoid this firm at all costs bunch of scamming people.
This try and avoid messages constantly. Taken way longer than it should have to get hold of them and have 0 contact number to phone them direct so they can avoid the conflict. Pathetic place and would never order from them again!
