Happy with purchase quality item

I ordered a couple of items from Olyndra (order #84921) and they took two weeks to arrive, so that I was away when they were delivered.
The website says returns must be requested within fourteen days of delivery. Once I had established that the size was too small I requested a return on the tenth day after delivery.
On the thirteenth day after delivery, 'Claire M' from Olyndra customer service (or support) emailed me saying "Unfortunately, the 14-day return window has now passed, so we are unable to approve a return for a full refund or provide a return label."
Either they can't count or the majority of Trustpilot reviews are correct, and Olyndra is not to be trusted.
And all this 'London' stuff is rubbish - the return address, should you be enabled to proceed, is in China.

I am genuinely disappointed with this company. My order of the shoes firstly took so long to deliver. It turns out to be a cheap Chinese import. The shoes are nowhere near as advertised. Terrible construction. To add salt to the wounds the wrong size was delivered which I brought to the attention of Olyandra immediately. I ordered and paid for size 8.5 uk which is Europe 42.5. I received size 9 uk which is Europe 43. They do not fit well at all. Again after waiting 4 days i got a reply offering 80% store credit. I refused and a few days later was offered a 10% refund. Or return the shoes at my expense and again wait god knows how long for a refund. Olyndra is in fundamental breach of contract but refuse to do the right thing. I can return the shoes but the least they can do is send me a prepaid posting label.
Sorry for the long post just feel customers need to know what to expect.

I bought the shoes in good faith. The advert was so slick.They didnt fit. I asked for an address to return and refund. The address was CHINA!
They offered me 15% refund. Im hoping to negotiate more. Buyer beware.

I saw the advert on Facebook and ordered 2 pair of shoes they arrived when they said. They are very comfy to wear the only issue which was my fault entirely was I ordered size 9.5 instead of a 9 just incase they were a bit tight. But I'm very happy with them

This company are misleading you. It’s a Chinese company. I ordered three pairs of shoes that were delivered to an address in England and not Scotland where I live. They will not answer calls or emails. This is a scam

this company is appalling should have read trustpilot first. impossible to contact by phone no replies to emails . They did not de my proper address so Courier returned goods cannot get them to confirm resend . Tracking of goods is impossible apparently sent to NW highlands some 200 miles NW of me and completely remote and likely uninhabited and half way up a mountain. This company are a disgrace. DO NOT USE .

Awful and would not recommend for anyone to purchase from the company
Delivery taking ages and the quality is awful
Can't get hold of customer service and when they finally get in touch they are useless

The whole experience felt like a scam. It is not a company in UK, the name of olyndralondon is a trick. Once you put the order you can't cancel, they still delivered ( they charged me £2.99 of priority deliver 24hr despatch in my order, but delivered 10 days later) When I received the items I found they are ( blouse and sweaters ) made by very poor material with poor quality, not from the legitimate manufacturers, no trademark and description. The items are not as the same as advertised. When asked return they said I have to send the items back to China and pay international postage( I thought the items from UK when I ordered) . In this case they said if you don't want to pay the international postage then you can keep the items they will offer 15% of instant refunds. So I kindly accepted the 15% of instant refund ,but I never receive the 15% refund. I have to throw out the blouse I ordered as its rubbish.
My advice is to be careful before you put your order so don't lose your money like I did. If I read the reviews in the trustpilot before I would never order anything from olyndralondon.

It seems that it is impossible to make a return and get a refund. Very slow and inconclusive responses to emails. They obviously don't do the refunds etc. that we are used to with reputable companies. No one should buy from this company which appears not to be a genuine UK business. I think I'll have to let this go as a very poor experience. A pity I didn't see these bad, and frank reviews first.

Paid extra for fast dispatch,still took 10 days to arrive! No contact available, just annoying e-mails about buying more items. Quality of shoes was very poor.Wish I had read the reviews before buying.

Appalling I ordered size 12 they were more like size 16 and looked like they had come from a jumble sale. Obviously they needed to be returned, now I know why they don’t provide return details as it’s not possible. Absolutely criminal I suspect the company is based outside the UK

Great shoes so lite you don’t know you have them on. Quick delivery easy to track.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes 2 months ago, one white and one natural. They are too big so have followed the procedure to contact Olyndra London via email. I must have sent about 10 emails in this time but have not had one reply. The galling thing is they are still emailing me with their special offers to this day. Unfortunately I don't know how to proceed with this. My advice is Save your money and DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I am still waiting for my shoes. I paid priority delivery. But looking at the reviews ( which I should have done FIRST) I feel disappointed already 😕 and the definitely are NOT from LONDON. Will I ever learn 🤔😢

Because I saw your advertisement on Facebook about the shoes and then I ordered for this pair of shoes and when I received it and wore them they were very light and comfortable as it was shown in the advertisement

I agree with others, priority dispatch does NOT mean priority delivery. Only pair of shoes I have bought with no label inside to indicate size, manufacturer or materials, suspect made in some obscure Far Eastern canton. Not sure they will survive 2 summers. That said, at £25, they are comfortable enough and v light weight so will keep. (Too much hassle to worry about a return)

Great pair of comfy stylish shoes. Shame delivery was protracted.

BE WARNED: Olyndra London do not conform to what I understand to be standard UK trading practice on return of goods and reasonable levels of customer service. Here’s my experience.
I ordered a sweater from Olyndra on 6 June 2026 and received confirmation of receipt of the order by email that day. When it arrived (16 June) I found it was of poor quality; it was not the colour I ordered; it did not fit; and there was no branding or information about the fabric, its care or country of origin on the sweater itself.
I decided to return the product and ask for it to be replaced by the colour ordered and a larger size. In their online terms of service Olyndra state: “We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Returns should be requested within 14 days of delivery and sent back promptly once approved.” You are, however, advised to contact them at a London email address before returning items. They claim a reply will be given within 48 hours to “assist you quickly and ensure your return is processed smoothly. We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, your full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.”
I emailed as requested on 16 June and sent a reminder of 18 June (ie when I had not received the promised response within 48 hours). I have had no reply. There is no telephone number for contact. I have emailed them again but received no reply. I have, however, received many emails from Olyndra after 16 June trying to sell me various of their other products.
Given this experience I did some research on Olyndra, This is some of what I found.
Their London address is 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX but I could not find this on their website and it is designated as a company involved in business and domestic software development. Their website and delivery packaging denotes the brand as Olyndra London but the website refers to a “London inspired label”. (My italics)
Their terms of service state:
“Return shipping costs are borne by the customer for change-of-mind returns, except where
applicable consumer protection laws require the merchant to cover such costs. (I think this would apply to them sending the wrong colour) Once your return request is approved, you will receive clear instructions on how to proceed with the return to:
4th Floor, Guangfuling Smart Technology Innovation Park
Xinbao 3rd Street, Dalang Town
Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China”
“Olyndra London is an international e-commerce business operating through a registered entity in Australia, supported by global logistics and fulfilment partners that enable the business to serve customers across multiple regions” but the Australian address “is the company’s registered business and administrative office…..It is not used for returns or product fulfilment.”
Under a heading of ‘Governing Law’ it states
“These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia for the resolution of any disputes.”
In other words, the product distribution (and address for returns) is in China and they are registered in Australia so as to trade under Australian consumer law.
I do not expect to recoup what I paid – I put that down to experience. But I take exception to companies who trade in the UK behaving in this way.
