Great price and great sized drive away awning. Used for the first time today. As a first timer using a drive away awning found the instructions a bit of a challenge resulting in a much longer time to put up than it should. However practice makes perfect and sure we will get faster. Very pleased with the purchase, time will tell how it stands up to weather etc.

Fantastic levels of customer service and communication when part of an item I received had been damaged. They responded quickly, replaced the broken item and nothing was too much trouble. We have purchased a few camping items from Olpro now and the quality has been good and well priced. The recent interaction with customer services has reinforced why they will be my first port of call for my camping items.

We are really pleased with our Olpro Multishade. It is really quick and easy to put up. The poles and fabric are good quali. We have found it great cover from the sun and a sudden shower. Delivery was really fast.

Very pleased with the ordering process, speed of delivery and of course, the cover itself! It appears very well made, fitted perfectly and will hopefully protect my caravan well through the winter months.

I have been an olpro fan for a while I think their products are well made and they have been helpful in the past. Unfortunately they have now lost a customer through lack of communication and honesty! I purchased a sun shade for the side of my van and when I went to use for the first time I realised one of poles didn’t lock in place, I thought ok these things happen, I got in touch asking for a replacement pole, I was told these aren’t carried in stock and I needed to send the entire item back and they would send me a replacement, which I thought was strange but ok this is how it works. I sent the package back and after 2 weeks I still hadn’t heard anything so I called olpro directly, again seemingly helpful and I reiterated I wanted a replacement to be sent out to me please they said ok leave it with them and they would call me with an update the same day. When I got an email an hour later saying they had to give me a refund because they don’t have any in stock I was really annoyed, so I went and checked their website, the item was in stock but the price was now higher than I initially paid, now I felt annoyed and lied too, no courtesy call, no option to pay the difference, all I wants was the sun shade I was happy with it apart from the pole, if I had known this I would have just gone and got a pole from somewhere else!! Now I’m left with no sun shade which what I needed for summer camping with my family, not a refund. Now youve lost a customer who will never recommend you….advice for the future be honest with your customer so that they can make choices shame on you olpro

REALLY PLEASED WITH THE CHAIRS BUT FEEL THE CARRY BAGS COULD BE SLIGHTLY BIGGER WITH STRONGER FABRIC.

Product is excellent but a bit slow arriving and I’m still waiting for a refund for a mid directed parcel.

Unfortunately on first setup I found one of the legs did not lock into place. I think a small part like a retaining clip must be missing. I purchased rails installed them on my van so the canopy was easy to slide along the rail. The top part of it could have been a little wider but it did what I needed apart from the broken pole.

Refund delays and poor chat customer service.

A return for a faulty pop up privacy tent was received on 25th July. 2 weeks later still not update. The chat provided long scripted responses, but refused to provide a date by which the refund would be processed. Every question was just a scripted response, it was customer service by number ( pick a non-answer response, nicely worded but won't actually answer your question).

I would strongly suggest raising disputes with the card provider after 3 weeks, that might get some improvement. Thats what I will do, I won't spend time requesting a further update if the refund is not processed by 15th august

Received the awning attachment kit that I needed very quickly.

Easy set up, prefer the straps vs draw strings to secure tent, good waterproofing as new

Wore through ground sheet on first use possibly due to hard standing at campsite, going to mod myself.
Would prefer the front door to zip all around as it let water on first use.
Would prefer side doors in connecting side panels as with large version (that was cheaper when I looked)
Limited hanging space inside for storage and drying; sourced additional straps and hooks to fix this.
Easy assembly 6mm rail to van but not really drive away. Will now need to source interconnecting strip to allow van to tent separation.
Not used tent pegs as no good for hardstanding so source more suitable pegs.
Not used pump as went straight for an electric pump.

Came across this company while looking for a van canopy . Found just what i was looking for at a good price . Delivered the next day and just used it every day while touring round France . The canopy worked brilliantly sheltering from the rain and sun .

Nice tent repair rods. Size correct; delivery prompt... this is the second time I've used them, with no problems :)

Perfect size for what we need but disappointing that the fabric started coming undone from one of the poles at the first use.

Nothing wrong with the company, it's the sleeping bag. It's awful, feels like its made of paper and it's small. The worst I have ever bought. Shame on you Ed Stafford for endorsing this.

Bought the Olpro sun shade canopy for my Mazda Bongo… great fit and great shade. However… the nut to tighten the tension on the poles is just 5mm and fell out when putting it together for the first time. Totally lost. So had to use with the 3rd pole missing… but of a pain. More of a pain that it doesn’t have a couple of spares in there!!! Iv now bought a bag of spares and intend to put a bit of tape on the back, so the nut can’t fall out! Other than that… fab so far other than that!
