I am afraid my order of a quilt arrived in a box that was left outside in the rain, the dye from the quilt has leaked and the item is completely ruined, I would love to know if there is a way I can get this replaced.

Disappointing that I could buy the item but it turned out to be out of stock within hours, requiring me to have a refund.

I would have selected 0 stars but you can’t do that and leave a review. I paid for next day delivery and it failed to arrive the next day, or even the day after that. The delivery company Oliver Bonas has chosen to use are telling me it’s delayed. Most likely the parcel is lost so it will never arrive. This is the usual delivery company communication in this case. Just to add that this bad review is Oliver Bonas’ own fault, don’t ask for a review when a purchase has failed to be delivered. Maybe wait until the item has actually been delivered. Basic customer service.

A few years ago our daughter in law gave my wife a large Liberty cosmetics Advent calendar complete with 25 quite big drawers.She gleefully informed me that I could refill it each year
That’s where Goood old OB comes into the picture.I waited for the Sale and purchased the fabulous trinkets that I needed and they all arrived in one parcel addressed to me to be hidden away until Christmas.The website was bountiful and easy to negotiate and as I usually do this in person over a few visits to your shops I had left it a bit late this year so thanks so much and I do of course prefer to meet the sales staff in person.

From online purchase till collection which went well and took 2 working days only. Email communication was efficient despite no communication on the 2nd pack (order was split into 2). Overall, as a 1st time shopper, it is a pleasant experience. The products were well packed and in good shape. The packaging is simple and can be recycled. Sounds less guilty when making online purchase. High recommend the brand.

I’m sure this is nothing to do with Oliver Bonas but I paid a lot to have next day delivery as it was a gift and twice the courier company has delayed the delivery. Currently I still haven’t received the item and so it will be a minimum of 3 days
