Ordering online was simple and the delivery was simple. Although 2 items have arrived faulty. Have contacted customer services about that. A little disappointing as god knows how they passed a quality check as you can clearly see they are faulty, but anyway these things happen!

I’m sorry for any confusion around the tracking information. Your tracking number is generated when your order is placed, but it won’t become active until the courier has received and scanned the parcel into their network. Until then, the tracking link won’t show any updates, so sending it earlier wouldn’t provide any useful information. Team OB
A dog eared book
I purchased a few things, all of which arrived quickly and were lovely. I was however a little disappointed with the book I ordered: A happy poem to end everyday book. Whilst the book is lovely. It looks second hand and dog eared. The books front cover is not in good condition. I’m gifting this for a friend so have no time to return it and exchange it and the content of the poem book is just lovely.

The earrings were lovely but the backs…
The earrings were lovely but the backs to them were insufficient to hold the earrings in place so I had to get some proper ear backs to help them to stay in position, apart from that, they are divine!
As of yesterday I tried on a pair and the stem of the earring (that goes through the ear) actually broke off so I have to glue it on again, so not great findings to these earrings. The earring designs are great but the findings are cheap

Amazing products quality
The parcel came really quick and I love the quality of everything. The dress quality was so good and I ordered some doormats and a jewellery box. I mean that jewellery box for £10 is a steal given the quality is so high end.

Inappropriate packaging
I ordered such small objects. These would have been able to be posted through the letterbox. Which is what I thought would happen and I wouldn’t have to worry about a delivery if I wasn’t in. As it is they came in a big box. A waste of packaging. Luckily someone was home to collect the package.

Not received our order
I am still waiting for my order to arrive. Apparently it was delivered yesterday to our address. A picture has been forwarded to us from Evri of a parcel left in somebody's front garden, but I can assure you no parcel was delivered to us. Just a picture of a parcel laying on top of a drainage hole. I have contacted EVRI about this and apparently they are looking into it. We also have another parcel that was delivered by Evri last week that has also gone missing. Same picture as well and it is not our property. So we have paid for the item of clothing from Oliver Bonas, but not received it.

I love this brand
I love this brand, its quite dangerous when i get online, i spend to much.
Quaility is always good, delivery was quick and i have never had any problems retuning items, i did lose a pretzel keyring and i am devestated as i cant buy it again.
