We’re sorry to hear that the item was refunded as it was out of stock, as this is a very busy time of year during our sale, we have hundreds of customers checking out at once and sometimes for the same item at the same time. This can cause some items to be purchased at the same time by multiple customers and if there is only one left we will need to process a refund if it's out of stock but we do understand how frustrating this must be and we will make sure to pass this feedback onto our relevant team to review. The website was great and easy to use…
The website was great and easy to use and my order arrived really quickly. However when I opened it, one of my items was missing and I had been sent something else in error. Also the necklaces were knitted. I'm waiting for Oliver Bonas to respond to me about this.

From looking to buying to receiving I was not disappointed
First time buying on line with Oliver Bonus and i wasn't disappointed. I enjoyed looking at all the items and found six for Christmas presents. Delivery was super quick and everything was packed securely. What’s not to like.

The Oliver Bonas part of the process…
The Oliver Bonas part of the process was as expected but the Evri was terrible. Having been notified on the app it had been delivered I searched for the items and was greeted by the neighbour 2 doors down who reported that the delivery driver had chucked the items over their fence at their address, which wasn't the address on the order, clearly not bother, couldn't count or read an address. Not acceptable as the neighbour is an elderly gentleman who has to drive it round to me. Poor poor service

I am afraid my order of a quilt arrived in a box that was left outside in the rain, the dye from the quilt has leaked and the item is completely ruined, I would love to know if there is a way I can get this replaced.
