I absolutely loved all the 5 items I ordered. Unfortunately 4 of the tops had to be returned due to them being too big. Such a shame

Purchasing online was quick and easy, fast delivery although Evri left the parcel at an unsafe place, but need to return the item as it looks completely different from the pictures on the website

The products were meant to arrive in 2 shipments. The first arrived on time, the second went awol and still have not received it. I had several communication with their AI service but no real help so far. I’m not happy at all. And in the first shipment the hooks I purchased were missing screws. I will not buy form them again

I ordered a large chair online from Oliver Bonas, it arrived via their courier. It was too large for our room so I instigated a return. I had to wait for a week before it was collected, it was eventually collected from my house via their courier which I have ring footage to prove. Three weeks on and I still have no refund, I have emailed four times to their customer services but they keep stalling me with why they wont give me a refund because they dont know its been collected. I sent them the footage of the collection and explained that I had called the courier company who confirmed verbally that they had the item, yet still Oliver Bonas denigh receiving it and I still have no refund. No understanding of the situation and no customer care.

The item that o bought was very good quality-and arrived very quickly.

Got some great bargains in the sale a lovely tank top with roses on the front, a cute plant mister, earrings leopards and toadstools, funny cat scourers and a cat tealight spinner, all packaged well and the quality is brilliant.

I've only recently started buying from Oliver Bonas and have to say that they've exceeded my expectations. The products are always beautiful and unique, the online shopping experience is smooth, this last times I ordered vases and they came very well packed, the courier respected the "fragile" sign and again the vases were beautiful. The odd time I've been to the shops the staff is also usually very friendly. Last year I bought lots of knitwear in their sale, the quality of he pieces is very good, very happy with them, they look great a year later.

My bracelet wasn’t in the parcel that was delivered and the gift box was damaged.
