The online ordering experience was great, and delivery fine. Sadly when the parcel arrived the contents were incredibly creased. The item was far too big for me and not of great quality, very disappointed and will be returning to your Farnham store

I was unsure at first whether to purchase at first as only 1 pic was shown. The drawers were closed and not sure of sizes. However it arrived today and am delighted with it. Totally holds a lot of my jewellery. I would recommend it for sure.

Not the fault of Oliver Bonas directly but actually the fault of their delivery company EVRI. Organised an order for next day delivery - 3 working days later and the product still has not arrived or attempted a delivery. EVRI as unaccountable as usual. I do wish companies would stop using them as a delivery company, terrible service.

Great products and fast delivery

I ordered a small trinket dish on the 24th September. On the 27th September I was sent an email saying that it had been despatched and that I would get tracking details the next day.
The next day I did not get tracking details. Or the day after that. Or the day after that. Or the day after that. Or the day after that. Or even the day after that.
It's now late at night on the 5th October, still no sign of tge trinket dish I ordered 11 days ago, but on the 29th September I was sent this Trustpilot link to share my feedback.
I will continue to shop in store at Oliver Bonas, I adore their bright colours and fun objects, but I won't ever order from their website for delivery again.

I have not received my order , I received an email to say it was being delivered and then one to say it was delayed but I am now unable to track it

Shopping on the Oliver Bonas site is easy and efficient. However, my parcel has not been delivered.
Evri (the usual suspect) marked the parcel as delivered by it has not been delivered to my address.
Cleverly, the driver took a photo of the parcel, but not where it was left!
So annoying, another problem to deal with!

OB ordering was very straightforward, the problem was Evri delivery. I had 2 texts and an email on Saturday telling me my parcel would be delivered between 8 & 9 that evening (in time for my daughter's birthday on Sunday). It is now Monday and no sign of it arriving yet. Very disappointed.

Great item of clothing. Quick response and delivery

I found exactly what I was looking for, even at a great price at half it's price. The description was in such great detail, that I didn't need to ask for anything else. Payment was easy to follow it gave me a full range of choices to use, registered was easy to follow, I got updated on tracking my parcel. The delivery process was quick, fast delivery, my item arrived well packaged so not to get damaged, I was ever so pleased with my item, it was a right size that fits perfectly, the colour was great.
I highly recommend the seller, I will be purchasing again soon
