What is OKA all about? Simply put, it’s a love affair with living well. Since the very beginning, we’ve been on a mission to create things that make time spent with friends and family more memorable. Lady Annabel Astor, a serial entrepreneur on a mission to find special items to decorate her holiday home with, invited two friends along: her sister-in-law Sue Jones, whose decorating pedigree included stints at Jasper Conran and Colefax and Fowler, and Lucinda Waterhouse, a skilled horticulturist whose company made exquisite faux flowers. Together they set out to create a catalogue of charming home upgrades. From the start, the OKA team has called on talented artisans from all over the world to bring its ideas to life. Our furniture and homewares prioritise beauty, comfort and style, but we choose items for their integrity, not because they fit a prescribed look. The magic of OKA is the mix: hand-picked global treasures, rich textures and patterns, and timeless furniture profiles. It’s ever-changing but unwaveringly British; elegant and easy-going; sophisticated but never stiff. And our name? Excellent customer service in Broadway
Popped in to Broadway branch to buy some lamps but they did not have the lampshades in stock. Sayaka who was training and Asst Manager Poli went out of their way to assist us and locate shades at another branch and arranged for a code to be sent for us to pay for them. Both were extremely helpful and pleasant. When we received the code it was telling us that the shades were out of stock so we popped back in to the store the next day to to try to resolve. Again Sayaka was really helpful and assisted by another staff member, perhaps the manager but didn’t get a name sorry, they phoned the other branch and after a couple of attempts by the other branch to send the code we were able to pay. We have now received the shades and are very happy with them and the lamps. The staff in Broadway were all lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful.

It’s always a pleasure to visit this amazing store, I never miss the chance to go when I’m nr Guildford. This time I needed someone with the patience of Job and I wasn’t disappointed! After 1/2 hr of deliberation I finally chose a new bedspread and 3 amazing cushions to get my new bedroom renovation started!

I love OKAs homewares and had a great experience in the Tunbridge Wells store with much help and advice from Noel (probably not spelt correctly!). She was patient and knowledgeable and showed me several items which have gone onto my Christmas wish list.

Staff were really helpful and accomodating. Looked after our purchase in the store room for us until we picked it up a couple of.days layer as we headed off to drive home.

Excellent Harrogate Staff
The staff at the Harrogate store couldnt be more helpful. They assisting in arranging products for me (many times!) and gave me the time and patience to chose what I wanted carefully. They even went above and beyond telling me what to swap to if I got home and they werent right which really geeked me with ease and ultimately secured the transaction! Thank you. Having a store to visit is so much better than just shopping online!!

The ordering and delivery are easy although a little pricy for delivery.
I love oka stuff and have bought a few things for my home.
Unfortunately the Sheki rug I'm a little disappointed with. There are lots of slubs on it and one part of it has a couple of pulls on the thread. I love the look of it but to say it costs nearly a thousand pounds I'm really disappointed with the quality 😕

Incorrect item delivered.
Our delivery arrived at our customers. It was the wrong product. We were later informed the Ottoman we were expecting was damaged and we are still waiting for a delivery date for the ottoman to be delivered.
