Our Click & Collect fees are outlined on our website. We’ve introduced a small tiered fee to reflect the cost of picking, packing, and transporting Click & Collect orders to your chosen store. These costs have risen in line with increases in wages, employment costs, and fuel. Even with this charge, we still cover some of the cost ourselves, and our rates are consistent with other premium homeware and furniture brands.

Very bad welcome and service. I am a regular customer living in Switzerland. When I picked up my order at the shop in Chelsea, they hardly took care of me and refused to call a taxi because « it was their closing time ». I was kicked out of the shop, left with a large heavy box under the rain. Very rude and certainly not at the level of the expectations of an OKA client and prices

Very disappointing experience
I placed a click-and-collect order with OKA on 8th August and was charged immediately. After 16 days with no updates or communication, I emailed their customer service—no response even after four days. I then called and was kept on hold for a long time before finally reaching someone. I requested to cancel the order, but received no apology, explanation, or acknowledgment of the delay. The response was abrupt and dismissive. Very disappointing experience for such an expensive item and poor customer service.
