Hi- After receiving your product, I was advised by my doctor not to use it due to my current health issues. I worked with Richmond and wanted to let you know how wonderful he was. He replied to my email quickly, discussed clearly my options for a return and even followed up once I made my decision. I have found it hard to get through to someone who could help, so Richmond was a fantastic breath of fresh air. My only advice is to improve your return process. The steps required are ridiculous. I chose your company because I thought you were located in the USA- asking people to make videos, ect. AND pay the international fees is a very shady way to conduct business. I cannot use your product and could only get a partial return- very dissatisfied. Having said that, Richmond was an absolute delight- give that man a raise (:

I had ordered 6 bottles of the product…
I had ordered 6 bottles of the product but only received 5. I emailed customer support & received a response within a few minutes. A couple hours later Tom emailed me saying the missing bottle would be sent to me. This level of customer service is rare but greatly appreciated.

Recent Purelia order
I emailed Purelia about a recent order that I received. The contents were darker and we’re stronger tasting. I thought maybe they were spoiled. Tom looked up my order and said that I may have had an older batch. They had recently improved the product making it darker in color and stronger in taste. He recommended maybe adding it to water or juice. Or just get used to the different taste. We are going to give it a try. Thanks Tom :)

One of the things that can make or break a review of either products or service is how a company responds when things go wrong. My order was of multiple product all in bottles. When it arrived, one of the bottles had broke and made a mess of the others. This was my first experience with the company and things did not start well. HOWEVER, when I voiced my displeasure in less than polite tone, I was met with genuine top notch customer service. My problem addressed and a resolution was in place at once. Great job Anna
